Dr Martin and his team done an amazing job to help me achieve the smile I wanted with great service every time I visit. Thank you again to everyone part of the team and would highly recommend them.
My review may not be positive but this is purely because you guys have been wasting my times for months on end now. I am in so much pain due to wisdom teeth but you’re not willing to help with this. The girl at the reception is always just quick to ask for money when I have sat on the dental chair for less than a minute for the dentist to tell me yeah there is impact and I’ll prescribe you antibiotics. For this I was also charged and when I questioned why the girl was stuttering and looked in my hand to see I was prescribed something so said it’s for the prescription which I found quite funny. I went to the dentist again for the same thing to happen. I said I needed my wisdom teeth out as I was offered that option but apparently I was referred and I would be contacted via email and text which I have not been weeks later. I don’t understand this service
Been registered with this dentist for almost 15 years. Dr Martin is absolutely fantastic and always go an extra mile to save your tooth. Over the past 15 yrs I had many extractions and fillings. Dr Martin always spot on. Other staff at this practice also always helpful with arranging quick appointments.
I am SO glad that I left this dental practice. And I will 100% be telling my friends & family to do the same. This dental practice has the WORST service ever, infact they don't even have a receptionist!! Bruce goes on holiday litrally all the time. She is the most skilled, but cares about money only from the very start. So anyone reading this review, do yourself a huge favour and look for a different dental practice who won't look at how much money you can give them, but who will actually be willing to help you and value you as a patient. If this practice continues cancelling appointments last minute due to a dentist going full out private, then they will undoubtedly lose alot of patients.
Latest update on below. The dental practice arranged an emergency appointment at dental hospital and my son was seen within a week. Now waiting for his appointment for required extractions to be done at hospital. I feel the practice have somewhat redeemed themselves thus increasing of stars from 1 to 4. Not very happy with treatment of a 4 year old. Needed extractions done at hospital and told at end of last year referral has been made. Was hoping would get done in next 9 months before he starts school. When I contacted hospital shocked that no referral had been requested. Contacted practice and was told will investigate what went wrong. Not fully satisfied with response. More than 6 month's wasted whilst child in intermittent pain. The last treatment by Martin made child cry and now doesn't want to go anywhere near a dentist. It was fillings that came out a few hours later thus not worth the trauma. Get the feeling practice want to keep giving unnecessary appointments. A very frustrated parent.
Have been a attending this particular dentist for a number of years now. Always attend 9n a Saturday due to convenience and other commitments. My dentist and his colleagues are always friendly an welcoming. His professionalism is beyond excellent as he and his colleagues are very accommodating. My view is that his is he the best dentist I have been a customer/patient off. As my previous dentist was unprofessional. I am so happy to have found a qualified dentist who listens to his clients/customers.
