   I have spent thousands on Invisalign. Staff dont respond to calls. Staff have no customer service experience very rude like little girls. Ive had to change dentist half way through my Invisalign as the staff can be very intimidating and you dont have a say as they say they know what they are doing. They dont know what they are doing. I am really shocked how this business is still running.

   I have not been a patient at St Vincent Team for over 10 years, yet they have retained my information for this long, which is very disturbing. I have never given consent for them to contact me via email, text, or WhatsApp. I asked them to provide evidence of my consent, and they could not. Their repeated communications over the years without my permission are in breach of UK GDPR and PECR. Despite me raising this issue multiple times, they have never apologized or acknowledged the problem, which is very shocking and distressing. I am sharing this to warn others about their aggressive marketing practices and lack of respect for patient privacy.

   I've been undergoing Invisalign treatment at St Vincent Smile in Glasgow, and the experience has been excellent throughout. Nicola has managed my treatment over the past year with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring my smile turned out exactly as I’d hoped. I initially started the process with the goal of improving my smile for my wedding. Although we didn’t quite meet the original timeline, Nicola went out of her way to provide temporary bonding so that my teeth looked perfect on the day. She’s consistently gone the extra mile to make sure my smile meets her high standards, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. The team as a whole is professional, welcoming, and great to get along with. I'm now preparing for composite bonding with Umer and I'm really pleased with the progress so far. I would highly recommend St Vincent Smile to anyone considering cosmetic dental treatment.

   Have been using St Vincent Smile and Invisalign braces to achieve a better smile and improve my confidence. The team from Rav, Umer, Bronagh and the receptionists have been first class from start to finish. The practice is clean, bright and well organised. The Invisalign braces are painless, your progress monitored and dental hygiene is detailed and structured in the aftercare. The scans clearly show the goals set and you can fine tune your results to achieve the smile you want. Personally I found the results to be fantastic. I can’t recommend this branch highly enough. A very professional, caring team.

   I have spent thousands of pounds for Invisalign treatment and the level of aftercare has been shocking. Early 2022 I went to the dentist with issues with my bite, I had concerns that it felt ‘off’ and I didn’t have a proper resting position after my Invisalign treatment and my jaw would be painful. After an initial filing down to try and get the bite even he told me that it would get back to normal. I still said it felt off and it didn’t feel much better. Then not long later I expressed that my jaw had started to develop severe pains, and that every time I opened my mouth or chewed there would be a clicking noise that would be very painful. I kept waking up with headaches daily constant jaw pain, never- ending clicking and swelling on my right side. These are all SEVERE symptoms of TMJ that can be caused from an uneven bite and requires further dental attention (symptoms are still present and I have made the staff aware on multiple occasions). I was told VARIOUS times that my dentist had sent through a referral to the Oral and Maxillofacial department. I have actually lost count of the times I would phone up, email and remind the dentist and reception staff on each visit that I was still waiting. I even phoned up the appointments line and that department constantly as I had not received any correspondence and each time they would tell me that the dentist had not sent it through. I was told from the reception staff here that ‘it takes time for a referral to come through’. Referrals are sent electronically and ‘within 48 hours’ according to the hospital. So, something isn’t adding up here. I knew that a referral was never sent, and when trying to ask for proof of referral I was constantly told they can’t provide me with that. It’s only when you’re spending thousands, is when you’ll get the perfect service but then trying to chase up aftercare that required an NHS referral procedure and hearing crickets? It has now been several months and in that time I could’ve actually been seen to or at least be on waiting list. I also tried to get in contact with the Practice Manager via email and phone to express my concerns and I have been ignored. I was told I would get a call back but didn't. I have requested a copy of my X-Rays taken at the start of my Invisalign treatment and that’s also been ignored. I really did put off doing this review because I had hope that I’d be listened to. I have been nothing but polite and patient through all of this, and I wish they had the decency to do the same. It has been the most stressful and painful year going through this and being lied to every single time that a referral has been sent. I have chased this up for months and months to never have an answer and just radio silence. It is really baffling that a simple referral cannot be sent off. I have received no acknowledgement on my referral nor my complaint, and no apology from this practice with the level of service I’ve received.

   I’m in the last week of my Invisalign package. Really happy with the level of care St Vincent Smile provides, everything went smoothly and all the staff are friendly and helpful. So happy with the results and I’m looking forward to being retainer free! Wearing the retainers is a real lifestyle change, it took a bit of getting used to in the first week, but they soon become second nature. There was no pressure to commit after the free consultation (the technology is impressive, showing the before and projected after results) and I took my time making the decision. So glad I did and would recommend to anyone out there who is thinking about it.

   I have had a very good experience. I come from Edinburgh to get my treatment and my dentist works with my timings and days as it is not always easy for me to make the trip. From the beginning my dentist has been thorough and always explains what will happen next. The price was also reasonable and this was broken down in instalments to make it easy for me to make payment. So far my treatment has been going well. I would recommend this place to everyone due to the service and the great staff that work there.
