   Amazing service. All the staff are so kind and so knowledgeable. I'm a really nervous person at the dentist and needed work done that had me petrified and I've never felt so taken care of. Very quick with treatment too. Thank you again.

   I recently had some essential dental work complete by Andrew and his dental nurse. They are both friendly, personable professionals. After a no obligation quote for some minor cosmetic work I decided to go ahead with that too. The work has significantly improved my smile, and was completed with no invasive procedures at an affordable price. My Partner and 2 children also attend the practice and are seen by another dentist at the practice, they too have been impressed by the service.

   The negative reviews for this practice are no longer accurate. The dental staff that now work in this practice are excellent. As someone with severe anxiety and dental phobia who has teeth that were in terrible condition, I cannot sing the praises of Catriona and her team any more highly. Not only is she incredibly kind, patient and understanding, she put me at extreme ease and has done everything within in her capabilities to give me more confidence both in my smile and simply visiting the dentist. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for an NHS dentist.

   I’ve been with this dentist most of my life and always had a pleasant experience until recently. I had a retainer that snapped, booked an appointment to get impressions for a new one but no one knew what to do so they sent me away and told me someone would get back to me. They never did get back to me and I chased every week for 8 weeks, 3 months passed which then took me outside the warranty period and I was charged £150 for a new one despite it being their fault I had to wait so long. My dad has recently been in 4 times with toothache, they phoned on the day to cancel on 2 occasions and tried to arrange the appointment for over a week later despite him being in agony. He got an appointment which they knew was to take a tooth out but didn’t book enough time to allow for this so had to turn him away at his appointment and reschedule for a longer appointment. Overall really poor service.

   i am very pleased with all dental services provided by Jay at the practice. The whole experience has been great on each occasion, and i would happily recommend Jay and this practice. The nurses are very helpful and friendly too! Overall very happy with all services and staff, made going to the dentist pleasant! Keep up the good work!

   I met Jay for an emergency appointment first time. Excellent service, efficient, took me out of pain and explained what was going on. Highly recommended. The girls in the reception and the nurse were also not only very friendly and helpfully but also great Craic. I recommend it

   This has been our dentist for nearly 20yrs and prior to covid we have always been happy with them. However since returning to them in 2021, it seems they have a new staff team and this has proved detrimental to the service. We have had appointments cancelled with a moments notice 4 times in 2 months. My husband has to take time off work to attend and does not get paid for this. Yet when we made a mistake and had to change an appointment we were charged £40 - there was absolutely no sympathy or goodwill on their part towards our loss of income due to their frequent cancellations- our last dentist would never have been so unreasonable- in fact I have never known our last dentist to cancel or charge us on a first mistake. They also were unable to show us a price list we asked as treatment seemed expensive - even NHS treatment.

   This dentist, that all of my family and I have been going to (in its various forms) for over 20 years, knows I have to drive from St Andrews to Anniesland to continue with treatment to repair the poor work undertaken by one of their previous dentists! With COP 26 road closures, after driving for 3 hours solid, and advising the surgery at 11.35am that it was looking like I’d be approx 10 mins late for my 12 noon appointment, I arrived at 12.08pm to be told I couldn’t be taken, and I’d need to make another appointment. Surely during COP 26 road closures AND after driving 90 miles which took 3 hours, a bit of consideration wasn’t too much to ask? In every other walk of life, we have all been asked to be kind during the past 2 years, and this dentist has clearly learned nothing! Good luck with your income generating business!
