Staff in reception are lovely and welcoming. Louise the hygienist is so friendly and politely reminds me to keep flossing!! Graham is also chatty and is so thorough when I’m in for my checkup. I’ve been at Chartwell since my childhood I’m in my 50s now and really recommend the practice.
Just attended a check-up for my implant. I had been apprehensive but every part of the procedure was explained and went absolutely fine. Lucy has been an amazing and very thorough dentist with myself. I have had a fear for years (since I was a child) about going to the dentist and since I have been a patient with Lucy I now feel comfortable going on my own and I genuinely don’t get scared going to my appointments anymore. The practise itself is also very comforting when you go in and all staff are very nice.
Ian McDonnell must be the best dentist in the world! He always treats me with respect and always has a smile when welcoming me into his room. I know that whatever reason for my visit that Ian will fix it! It’s also good that he talks me through what he is doing. He always puts me at ease despite me being quite a nervous patient. The short: Incredible dentist practice which is well kept, clean and professional. The long: This is an incredibly professional, clean and well kept dentist practice. I have been going for years and the service has always been top notch. A particular highlight would be Dr Calum Hutchison. Firstly, as a dentist he is very knowledgeable and professional but also very calming. I am not usually a fan of the dentist as I can get quite anxious on the chair but Calum always puts me at ease. Secondly, his work speaks for itself. Below you will see the before and after of the work he did for me before the wedding which included Invisalign, composite bonding and whitening. I am delighted with the results. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further than Chartwell, you won't be disappointed.
I was recommended Chartwell Dental Care by a friend (his wife had been a patient for many years) and I am so glad I took his advice. I developed an infection and Lucy went above and beyond to escalate this to the Dental Hospital, without this I would never have had a proper diagnosis and the right treatment. I am so grateful to her for this care (she also kept in touch to follow up and ensure I had recovered). The reception staff are always so welcoming and accommodating. I'm so glad I have confidence in my new dental practice and can count on them to deliver great service.
Cannot fault the Invisalign treatment and care I've had from Dr Calum Hutchison. From day one he has offered nothing but the highest of service as well as an easy going and calm approach. I am almost finished my course of Invisalign but I certainly won't be going anywhere else for my dental care in future.
Cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I had work done recently by Dr Lister that I was nervous about. He put me completely at ease and talked me through the whole process. Each visit he listens to my concerns, answers any questions I have in a really patient manner and clearly explains my treatment options to me. As I said, I cannot recommend this lovely practice and Dr Lister enough!
I could not recommend Chartwell dental clinic more. It’s an extremely welcoming clinic with warm and friendly staff. They offered a vast range of treatments. I completed invisalign and whitening with Dr Graham Lister and could not fault the process at all. Graham is excellent and each appointment I felt extremely at ease. I am delighted with the result of my treatment. Highly recommend this dental clinic.
Had an emergency situation and called several dentists who wouldn’t even see me “sorry we are full up” and then I I found Chartwell and the clouds cleared snd the sun came out. Fantastic friendly staff who make you very welcome. Then there is Mr Graham Lister a fantastic dentist who took care of me. He was friendly puts you at ease and then most importantly gets the job done efficiently and “painlessly” A big thank you to all the great family at Chartwell They get my highest recommendation.
