Called for an appointment and all the details I was given didn't match what they advertise in their website. Also, the receptionist put me on hold about 4 times and kept insisting that I couldn't register through NHS when I left clear from the beginning that I wanted a private consultation.
Make you wait on hold for 30 mins then cut you off when you’re first in the cue, don’t get back to your messages, reception staff don’t want to deal with you

I think I succeeded in setting Lisa a challenge this time. I booked in for a routine check-up then had an accident that resulted in lots of bruising. Lisa immediately responded to the challenge, carried out a dental trauma assessment, X-rayed and fixed a new appointment.
