   I only go for the brands stocked, which are extensive. The shop floor is not aesthetically organised and the man I spoke to was a bit patronising. Happy to go here for certain items but I don’t go for a particularly pleasant shopping experience.

   Went in this morning to get my racket re-strung. 2 other customers, 2 shop employees so happily waited. 3rd sales person appears and goes to talk to one of the other customers while the other disappears. 20 minutes stood around like an unwelcome guest with not so much as an acknowledgement of my existence. Better things to do with my life so walked out and won't be going back as my custom clearly isn't important to them. Have had a better customer experience in Sports Direct, and that's a low, low baseline. Rubbish.

   I went to this store for gait analysis after suffering severe pain in the foot after couple of small distance runs. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful (even parked my pedal bike indoor). The gentleman who did my gait analysis explained the result. He brought in few pairs of shoes for me to try, tried walking around the shop and then on the treadmill analyzing my movements. I was comfortable with the one I picked and first time I spent a decent amount on running shoes. Writing this review after few runs in the new shoes.
