Not very good. And we're rude and abrupt... And that's putting it mildly which is never "ideal" for a nervous patient.... The service left ALOT to be desired IMO

Stuart is a fantastic dentist and the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Regarding other reviews saying they don't answer the phone, there is a voicmail option and they phone back in around 10 minutes. Stuart really knows his stuff and very passionate about dental care. I was going to join the dental plan, I had some work that needed done, Stuart suggested I get this done on NHS before joining which I did. He doesn't treat NHS and private patients any differently from what I've noticed. The downsides: The dental hygienist appointments feel really rushed and not very welcoming. The wait times, always seem to be running late.

Had a few teeth removed and by a few I mean 6. I was anxious and scared tbh but I was assured everything will be fine. I was made numb which tbh was the worse part very uncomfortable but after that I didn't feel a thing waited 10/15 minutes for it to take affect and then bang it was over in under 8 minutes all teeth pulled and dentures fitted. I can't thank them enough. Now I'm dreading the anaesthetic wearing off and aftercare to kick in but I've been assured ibuprofen and paracetamol should do the trick.

Horrible dentist and completely unprofessional,especially Stuart the actual dentist who really needs to work on his customer service. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment recently and because I sadly had to miss a previous appointment, due to having covid injection and unable to attend. However, I called and paid £30.00, due to the missed appointment plus explained to the receptionist Tricia what happened. I was re-provided with an appointment date and time plus reassured that I would get treatment, plus an x-ray to assess futher root canal treatment. I attended my appointment at the surgery, 26/08/2021 waited over 10 minutes in the waiting room as dentist was late to see me . Upon entering the dentist's room, Stuart provided no apology for the long delay and his attitude towards me right from the beginning was nothing short of appalling!!. I sat on the dentist chair whilst the assistant and Stuart took what can only be described as forever to find my dental records (given I've been to this surgery previously they would have but I was asked to confirm my details which I thought strange). Stuart advised me bluntly that 'he has a business to run' and that because I missed my last appointment, I am now registered as a new patient and nothing could be done during my visit or practically going forward (at no point was I told this, quite happy to my £30.00 but not mention this to me at any point on phone when I booked appointment or on my arrival at reception, that if you miss an appointment your automatically a new patient which I find absurd!!). Stuart then carried on to speak to me in the most appalling way and told nothing he could do for me despite me being in pain with a bad root canal (actually he just could not be bothered and he seemed more interested in what music he had playing on the tv). I was prescribed antibiotics and Stuart basically couldn't have cared less from his mannerism and sent me on my way out the door with no follow-up plan, absolutely nothing!!. Yes, you might have a business to run Stuart, but I am not the first nor would be the last patient to miss an appointment ,his attitude and lack of concern is unprofessional and I shall not be returning back to this business, it's a complete shambles !!. Getting an appointment the receptionist doesn't pick up the phone, so how on earth are you lot making money!!. I have now found a new dentist that is more understanding, plus overall more professional actually the best dentist in Glasgow in Bearsden (highly recommend truly not to go to DB Dental). To anyone reading this, I strongly advise against this dentist and to really read the reviews, the customer service is extremely poor, your not informed of anything and you should go elsewhere to a dentist that is kind plus considerate (you won't find this from Stuart) and a dentist who wants to help you, not take your £30 money and your out the door after a missed appointment.

Best dentists in Clydebank! I am no good with dentists esp needles, have had a phobia 4 many many years but they are patient, understanding and talk 2 u and answer any queries u may have. They really are such a kind, caring team from minute u step foot inside, I've brought my children here since their very first check up and have never looked back, Stuart and his team really are amazin!

I would highly recommend DB Dental Care. I am a very nervous patient and all the staff have been so friendly and caring in ensuring each visit is as stress-free as possible. Ashleigh and Patricia are very welcoming at reception and instantly make you feel at ease. I also have a hypersensitive gag reflex and my dentist, Dean McMahon, and each of the dental nurses have been so patient with me during my treatment. Excellent Service.
