Extremely disappointed with the conflicting information about returns, be aware of return address. Customer service is shocking. It has taken 6 weeks to receive a refund. I would advise not using this company.
TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE!! Ordered a basic cap on the 23rd March and received an order confirmation that night. It is now 6th May Over 6 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I rang the company 3rd May and was guaranteed order by the 6th - it is still not here. No communication and shocking customer service, the fact I haven’t even received an email or text giving me an update that my hat would be delayed is a shambles - let alone it being over 6 weeks. Considering the delivery time was 8-10 this is a joke. I would absolutely not recommend using this company.
