Never experienced anything like this in my life. Actually left traumatised! Not one bit of equipment near my mouth just a pointy tool pulling at my teeth and poking my gums! Went in pain free came out mouth is the sorest its ever been!!!
Great staff, fixed all teeth issues. Very positive experience. Reception very nice, got a call a day before to confirm my appointment. Great communication and professional service.
After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried but couldn’t be more happy with my experience. I went in on the Wednesday dentist established I needed a filling and my wisdom tooth out. Was in the next day to get my filling dentist was reassuring as I was nervous. After the first jag I was still a little sore as it was near my nerve got the second jag and all was good. Came in today (Monday) to get my tooth out and it took 10 minutes for me to come in and out was completely pain free. Fast and friendly. Definitely recommend.
My dentist here is amazing, always a text or a call before appt to remind you and make sure you can attend, I had abscess was in so much pain called Tuesday was allowed to come straight in, prescribed antibiotics, went today for it to pulled a bit of a nervous wreck and my dentist had my tooth out in honestly seconds!! Could not believe it can’t thank him and the staff enough everyone is so lovely
Extremely awful service went in today with my daughter who was in extreme agony crying and everything, only to be told she was no longer registered so he couldn't do much. While he was looking at her teeth he went to go get change for his till and when he came back was wearing the same gloves, grabbed her gum and pulled at her tooth with a sharp dental tool and then told us it would need to be removed despite being told by an out of hours dental practice that she could choose between root canal or the tooth being removed my daughter wanted root canal but he refused to even listen extremely awful dentist practice and cheeky staff.
Would honestly give them no stars if it was possible, never had such issues with a dentist in my entire life and I fully regret ever registering with them. I did try to unregister but and go elsewhere but found out that he still gets paid for 3 months after I unregister and is obligated to treat me which he failed to mention to me, so when I had to go back he wouldn't treat me until I reregistered. He tried to charge me 60 pound aswell to get a scale and polish, despite me being on benefits and should get it for free. Honestly, guy needs shut down, don't know how he's survived this long.
I have read other reviews about this place and they are probably a little unfair. Face facts there's a guy poking about inside your mouth, he's using power tools, expect a fair bit of discomfort or learn to live with the pain or better still, look after your teeth. Personally I had no problems here and will be back.
