    Was seen 40 mins after my appointment time in June. 20 mins of this was spent waiting in the chair on my own. This was down to only having 1 dentist in the practice. I thought this may have been a one off however same thing happened to my mum today with no update of how long it would be. She had to leave as she had work to go to. Wouldn't waste your time booking here. Months waiting time for appointments too. Have now registered elsewhere.

    My daughter is crying every day because her tooth hurts. Her appointment has been cancelled twice and they offered us another appointment in 2 weeks. My boyfriend took the day off to take her to the dentist and they only phoned Two hours before the appointment to tell us it’s cancelled. This is a total joke. Never going back.

    Kept waiting for long after my appointment, once given an appointment on a bank holiday, receptionists gossiping at the waiting room door, hilarity in the surgery makes you doubt how seriously the work is being taken. Final straw, sent a threatening letter for money it was claimed I had been asked for in previous letters that I never received. When I went to see about it, told I’d have to wait until after the patients with appointments had been seen. Charged over £100 for work other dentists had done free of charge when I had chips on my teeth. Calling such chips “ fillings”
