I’ve been a patient here for a couple years and have found them to be faultless. Top quality service and very compassionate when dealing with an anxious patient. Recently managed to fit me in at short notice for a broken tooth and it was such a relief.

I wasnt a dental customer but they are very polite and nice people so propably doing same with your tooths care :) really recommend them!
The dentist is brilliant. My daughter is absolutely terrified of the dentist and he explained everything to us and managed to remove her tooth without any pain. Im very impressed.
Went for new dentures, decided to go for expensive option expecting better results. Sadly not the case, Bottom plate far too slack , uncomfortable to wear. Waste of money. Would not recommend.. . . , . .

The phone girl or junior is very cheeky. Her attitude is appalling. Generally an unpleasant experience. I have am in the process of registering elsewhere. I would rather give my money to somewhere else
How ironic it is that this practice is called ‘Smile’ on the Square! You will find that rather than being greeted with a smile and a welcoming attitude you will receive a frosty reception and not only no smile but the look of someone who really cannot be bothered. I would go as far as to say that the receptionist looks at you like you have offended her and that she really doesn’t like you at all. I saw past that because the Dentists are the most important thing and Catriona was really good but then left. My last appointment was an emergency for an abscess and while I was making my way to the surgery I got blocked in by a delivery truck in my street. I arrived at the practice and said I was here for my appointment and they asked me what time and I told them only to be told the time. I was aware of that already but was treated like a School child. I was 15 minutes late and needed urgent treatment but was told twice, “You have missed your appointment”. I walked away as I do not need to ne treated like that. I must stress that this is my experience only and cannot speak for others but for me it was super unprofessional and compassion was nowhere to be seen. I have since joined a different practice and find their approach to their patients completely different. They welcome you with a genuine smile and caring attitude. It breaks my heart to leave a bad review of an establishment based in the Murray because I grew up there but it simply had to be said.
Absolutely love this dentist surgery especially Cole. I have two very young children and he's always so calm and really makes them feel comfortable when they are getting their checks. Lately my eldest needed caps and Cole just made the whole experience less traumatic for him. Would give it more stars if I could. Fabulous dentist surgery.
