   I am incredibly phobic of needles. John Duffy is always incredibly patient with me and takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and safe. He explains every step he takes and offers me breaks throughout treatments. He never rushes me when I have questions. The reception staff are also great here too, they have always gone the extra mile to help and accommodate me. Everyone here is very kind and understanding. I've moved quite far away but continue to attend this practice as finding a place like this is so rare.
