Well I'm not going to generalize, but I went to get some Timberland boots, and I asked a guy if they were the size I needed, and he answered me in an unkind way, you can't work with such an attitude.
Everyone seems friendly. Surprised from the fast speed of the shoes to arrive to the floor. The price are also good. Thanks everyone that served me.

Extremely poor customer service, Falsely priced goods. Bad attitude, lies, and false information regarding products and making a complaint by the assistant manager. I'll never waste my money on that store again. If you want to spend your money where people have basic courtesy and manners DONT SHOP AT JD sports

You can never have enough trainers for yourself. The shoes here are best in class and when on sale don't think twice. The one and only destination of sports fashion wear.

Awful service, the employee kept rushing me not letting me properly fit and try on shoes and compare different sizes saying “there are other customers waiting”, if it’s that busy I’d suggest hiring more staff per shift, I had uncomfortable experience. Not only that but also they messed up the shoe sizing when I came to collect from the till, they refused to exchange as I walked out in those shoes for literally 5 min. Manager was aggressive and rude without any will to help with my case. I took those shoes home and wiped with alcohol, took literally 5 min to make underneath look like unworn as everything else was spotless clean. I shouldn’t be even doing it considering they messed up my order. Never again
Sent from another store to Brixton …. Laurence served me , approachable , explained situation another being told to come to this store to collect a fresh pair of Vapor max flex support (specifically came here because I did not want display trainers) . The manager Georgia made sure I was given a boxed fresh trainers from the back and not display trainers and I appreciate this level of customer service . Smooth and quick process which is what’s needed as I’m always busy
