I had a great time during my visit at Puma, especially because it was very busy so I expected to be quite chaotic, but the employees were very patient explaining me the offer and getting me all the products I was asking for.
Was extremely busy during this weekend due to the sales. I did not have to wait long. The staff were extremely patient considering the amount of request that was going on.
Worst Store I have been to in London. First thing Staff is totally racist. I was already inside store trying my shoes, there was a que outside and I requested one of colleague to let my wife(who is pregnant) inside store as I wanted to show her shoes I was buying and colleagues said she can't come in as there is a que and its a rule. And this is very wrong attitude from colleague. Also colleague said he doesn't care if I post a review or anything and he doesn't give a shit if anyone is pregnant. And same thing happened at Nike where there was a bigger que they did let my wife in. Also my friend wanted to change her shoes because of size issue but for which the manager said she can't as it was worn out but she didn't wear anywhere outside just inside the house and walked. I told him if you cannot process refund atleast give us some option to exchange size or some other option but he was not at all interested to do anything. they said its a final decision and wasn't ready to hear us out. I know in retail sector there is nothing like final decision its how you deal customer. There is no customer service in store, colleagues and manager attitude is really bad towards customer. Definitely if it was an IC3 customer he would have talked in different manner and managed customer and situation differently. I know this is not going to change anything but atleast I aspect from company to provide some customer service training. And how deal with customer in certain situation and how to manage some rules. I had a very good helper Zoheb who got me the perfect size trainers. He was very patient and very polite as I was looking for something specific and went back just to check for me. Great customer service

The staff here have a disgusting attitude. The man at the till (tall black male with glasses, couldn't get a name) was extremely rude and was complaining and laughing about us to his colleagues as if we weren't there. Learn some manners and customer service or quit your job if you don't like it, don't take it out on the customers and complain that we're taking too long' to buy things when it's normal to look around before you buy something. Avoid this store at all costs.
Nice place Prices are different than the website. Not all items are available. Well designed. Employees are helpful. All is set in place with easy access and easy to find as well. Thank you and keep it up.
Cadi was 5* really lovely service and fantastic choice. She really went above and beyond in finding the right size of hoodie I wanted. The store was ultra busy but I still felt like I got a great level of service, more importantly with a smile!
