   The best dentist I have ever had! Nicola is always very welcoming, friendly and professional. My fear of the dentist is no longer! All reception staff are always polite and very helpful. Would highly recommend Eaglesham Dental Clinic ( especially if you are nervous about dental treatment, they are fantastic)

   The best dental clinic I have ever been to because their service is honestly unbelievable. I’ve lived in the UK for nearly 15 years and have been to many dental practices, but believe me..this is the best clinic I have ever been to. It’s not just the treatments..it’s the entire experience. The staff are incredibly reassuring, caring, and patient. The level of kindness and professionalism they show is unmatched. And Dr. Lorenzo… he is genuinely one of the best dentists I have ever met in my life. His explanations, his patience, his calm manner, and the way he makes sure you fully understand everything without feeling scared...it's something other dental practices could really learn from. They should honestly get training from this team, because the way this clinic cares for patients is outstanding. My three boys and my husband also come here, and they receive the same amazing service from Dr. Lorenzo and the entire team. We all feel completely confident and well looked after every time. I also want to thank my neighbour for recommending this place...it was one of the best recommendations we’ve ever received. I recommended a friend who had been struggling with other dental practices, and she told me the exact same thing. She said it’s the best clinic she has ever taken her daughter to. I truly mean it ..Eagalsham Dental Clinic and Dr. Lorenzo are exceptional. I’m so grateful to have found them.

   Absolutely outstanding dental care! Eaglesham Clinic is by far the best dental practice we have experienced since moving to Scotland 13 years ago. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The entire team is professional, caring and truly dedicated to patient comfort and well-being. A special mention must go to Dr. Lorenzo, who deserves a shining star of his own ⭐️. He is not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also patient, reassuring and attentive. He takes the time to explain every step clearly and his calm, friendly manner instantly puts you at ease. His work is meticulous – you can tell he genuinely cares about delivering the best possible results. Finding a dentist you can trust is rare, and we feel truly fortunate to be in such good hands.    I have been attending this dental practice for some time now and always find the staff very helpful, professional and friendly. I have needed both emergency tooth repairs and routine treatments over the years and have have always been accommodated quickly, and have been happy with the quality of care and treatment I received. The surgeries are clean and feel well maintained. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

   30 YEARS MRS BLACK'S PATIENT When Mr & Mrs Black left their Practice for the last time end of 2016 after what was it 36 years as joint owners they could have taken their sign Eaglesham Dental Practice with them. The very last sighting of Mr Black could have been as he was walking towards his car with his & Mrs Black's sign under his arm. When the new owner Claire Dunn after not much more than 6 months ‘at the helm’ pompously announced to the patients that she was 'stepping down from the chair' to concentrate on admin. she could have used that chair she stepped down from to hang up a new sign- THE 'SHAM. Because after what was it 36 years as a Centre of Excellence under Mrs Black & Mr Black this was what their Practice immediately became upon their departure- A SHAM.

   A big thanks to Julie Gray again. She repaired a chipped tooth for me yesterday, having previously performed a miracle on an upper front tooth pre Covid. She is the first dentist ever to ask my preferred outcome for my oral health and she also always gives hints on oral health maintenance. She is without doubt the best dentist I have ever been to ( Irene Black was also fantastic before she retired), so keep up the great work Julie

   Absolutely shocked at the attitude of a certain Julie Grey - if she doesn’t enjoy her job then she should find a new one because the way I got spoken to when I had to come in for an emergency filling - I ended up not getting the filling as her attitude was so bad it made me walk out and my mouth was still in pain. People like this need a big lesson in life about manners and how to talk to people - I’ve been attending that dentist since I was in primary school. I don’t care if your doing your own private work in the dentist surgery- don’t bring your horrible attitude into work with you! Would of gave 0 Stars but that wasn’t an option, would of also payed for private treatment as I needed a few other things done but some people are just so full of themselves she completely ruined my dental experience. She needs to be spoken to about her attitude before you lose anymore private clientele!

   If you value your teeth and smile, stay away from this dentist. I had 2 teeth removed a few months back and was told to save 3k per tooth for dental implants, no other options available. I had complications after following with bone splinters coming through my gums. The dentist claimed it was my jaw bone and would heal itself. I asked for x Ray's but it was refused. I went for a private 2nd opinion. They removed all bone fragments from my jaw and gave me plenty of other options. I'm going to get a plate made up at a fraction of the cost. So it looks like this dentist wants to do the minimal amount of work for the most expensive price. Im not the only one who has noticed this. Your getting a reputation, and not a good one.
