Joined the practice about 2 years ago and I am so glad I did. I have always been anxious about trips to the dentist but John and his team are really understanding and very gentle. I would certainly recommend them.

Unsure why the last review is so negative as I honestly can’t recommend Wright Dental and Beauty Care enough! Staff are absolutely lovely — super friendly and make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. The place has such a nice, welcoming vibe, and they really take their time to explain everything so you know exactly what’s going on. Whether it’s for dental work or beauty treatments, you can tell they really care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I left feeling so well looked after. Thank you!
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my daughter’s recent appointment at your practice, and the appalling treatment she received from a member of your staff, To provide some context: when my daughter was younger she had an accident that caused significant damage to her two front teeth, leading to decay over time. John was the dentist who built up those two front teeth. However, during a visit to the orthodontist for X-rays, we were shocked to be told that the work carried out on her teeth was, in their words, an absolute mess. We were further informed that once my daughter turns 18, those teeth will most likely need to be removed. since the dental work was done, my daughter has also suffered multiple abscesses, causing her considerable pain and distress. At her appointment today, instead of receiving support and understanding, she was met with a disgusting and dismissive attitude from John. He blamed my daughter for the condition of her teeth — a completely unfair accusation, considering her dental issues stem from the trauma of her childhood accident and the poor dental work performed by your team. To make matters worse, after I raised a formal complaint, my daughter was told she is no longer welcome at the practice and her upcoming appointment has been cancelled. She has now been removed from your patient list entirely. I find this behaviour absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting especially considering the long-standing and sensitive nature of her dental issues. My daughter deserves compassion and proper care, not blame and dismissal. This situation has caused significant emotional distress for both of us, and I am extremely disappointed by the way your practice has handled it I don’t not recommend
Both John and Shellie are brilliant at what they do. Always a warm welcome and the best child friendly dentist around. John and Shellie always go above and beyond with their service. The small details matter and I wouldn't go or take my child anywhere else now having used Wright Dental for the past few years. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an accommodating, friendly and understanding service.

I must say I'm very nervous .and my teeth are horrifically bad. I'm abso astonished how amazing my teeth have been fixed.
