    Personalization is a bit of a mess. Limited name and number stock in anything that isn’t Liverpool or Arsenal it looked like. Very disappointed as I wanted to get a football jersey with a name and number only to be told they only had two players and they were both sold out. Adidas should do much better job of ensuring stock and variety is available to customers especially in a “flagship store”. Staff in general was not very helpful in giving other options so I guess I’ll just go online but I’ll order straight from the national team website instead of adidas. Would give them many more stars if they could just do their basic job as a company.

    I had the displeasure of dealing with Sina, the floor manager. Not only was he unable to express himself, but he also seemed both cognitively and visually impaired, given that he needed a ruler to see the print in the image was not centred. When the ruler failed him, he insisted it looked fine and refused to acknowledge the obvious mistake, claiming the shirt was printed “as they felt best fit.” He then called over a colleague for backup, who took one look, immediately spotted the error, and suggested reprinting it. At that point, Sina became visibly angry and accused me of getting a “free new shirt” for exchanging a brand-new one that still had the tags on. It is hard to imagine he earned his position through skill rather than virtue of being there for years. Rude, incompetent, and an embarrassment to the store.

    Not really neurodivergent friendly, as incredibly loud (they have a DJ?) and horrendously bright. Also the selection isn't the best I feel. If you are looking for something more spacious and chilled check out the much better sorted store in Battersea Power Station.

    The store has four floors and is a great place to shop. It's packed with football-related merchandise, neatly arranged and inviting to buy.

    Unacceptably bad service. I showed up on the 12 or March to execute my warranty. I bought my snickers 3 month ago and obviously I have no receipt and no box. A floor manager Liv was rude, and wished me luck, not even tried to solve my problem. That is quality and service that you can expect for premium prices.

    Nice store, with a good selection of stock. Click and collect/returns fairly efficient and convenient. Why the huge fully open doors.. in winter!? Burning so much energy to generate all that heat, just so it can be let out.. makes no sense. Poor store design, but you could at least close half.

    I bought too many hoodies but that’s okay! I was treated so warmly in this store. It’s like they care about non-binary humans which is a first for me. So helpful and such a beautiful store. My girlfriend was jealous but i brought her home some goodies.

    If you are a sports fan make sure to visit this multi level store on Oxford Street. You will find a large selection of clothes and sporting goods for all ages and genders. The staff is very helpful and the ambience is incredibly lively. You get good quality stuff for a very good price. And if you are a football fan, this is one of the best places to be.
