   Lovely salon. Nice & relaxed atmosphere, immaculate inside. Staff lovely! Had a toner done on my pre bleached hair & went for a Silver shade. Girl ran thru some different shades & showed me a wee hair chart. Was pleased with end result & was only £15 which I thought was reasonable. Would reccomend.

   I had a lovely visit to Urban Retreat for a facial carried out by lovely Caitlin. I was talked through the full process before hand and offered a head massage while my face mask was applied. Caitlin is a lovely young lady who is amazing at her job and you are guaranteed to feel great when you leave. Will definitely be returning. I topped of my visit with a lovely white chocolate & mint hot chocolate from Urban Vibes.

   My visit to Urban Retreat with Amy today was exactly what I needed—a wonderful catch-up paired with a fantastic treatment. Amy is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely upbeat every time I see her. Urban Retreat truly is my happy place. From the moment you walk in, Bev and Siobhan greet you with the warmest smiles, instantly making you feel at home. The atmosphere throughout is amazing, and the Urban Vibes Café run by Jen is the perfect finishing touch—relaxing, vibrant, and always enjoyable. I always look forward to coming here. Highly recommend!

   1st visit, and it definitely won't be the last. Beth, Rachel and Mia, made me feel really comfortable and welcome. Rachel was amazing as she gave me a stress, back and neck massage. She really knew what she was doing and concentrate on my neck as it was really tense. It felt amazing afterwards. Mia did my hair and listened to what I wanted and my concerns, offering me something to help strengthen my hair. It's a great place which has a lot to offer. I will definitely be booking again.

   I had a 1 hour full body massage today with Jen. Honestly the best massage I have ever had and even found myself dozing off a couple of times! The atmosphere was extremely relaxing. Jen was super professional, she explained everything and completely put me at ease. Afterwards, I was given recommendations on what products I can use at home and given plenty of time to lay and relax with a glass of water before getting ready to leave. 100% worth the money and I highly recommend!

   Was given a gift voucher for a back,neck and shoulder massage. When I arrived, the first thing that got said was I was to pay for the treatment upfront. Then another girl told me to follow her to the room. She never introduced herself and was never given a consultation. Throughout the whole massage, colleagues were outside the door laughing and chatting therefore took away the relaxing atmosphere. When the massage finished, the girl gave me a drink of water and then left, no discussion of the massage, how I enjoyed it or if I had any knots etc. I found myself leaving the salon on my own and didn't get a goodbye. Really disappointed, especially as it was given as a gift.

   Booked in with a student for acrylic nails, took nearly 3 hours and 2 fell off within a few hours. Within 2 days another 3 fell off and now another 2 have fallen off. They said they took no responsibility for students work despite the student working for them. The student wasn't supervised. Asked for my money back which they gave me, however I would have expected them to remove the remaining ones and apply a new set as a good will gesture considering I wasted my Sunday afternoon for something to last a few hours. Will not be returning.

   Aesthetics by Alison was absolutely excellent! She was amazing from start to finish and just seemed to know exactly what was needed to make sure the treatment achieved the best results. Went back for top-up and received more excellent service and have booked in for more treatments. Honestly, she is amazing!

Treatments are of the highest quality and staff listen carefully to your wishes, ensuring they give you the right treatment for you and your skin. I have had make-up, tan, nails, facials and dermaplanning all done here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you ladies for relaxing experiences and excellent advice and treatments.
