   Tiok kids here for a slight change from soft play and will not be back! Prices are shocking! £14 for 1 hour! (Softplay your time is unlimited) And not a lot to do for 5/6 yr olds apart from jump! (Lots to do for all ages in softplay!)£5.50 for cheese OR ham toasties! £8.50 for both! (Prices for food in softplay very reasonable) Can safely say i will be sticking with soft play right next door

   Very disappointing experience. Staff were incompetent, poorly trained, and unhelpful. Simple issues were mishandled, communication was poor, and no effort was made to resolve problems. Definitely not worth the time or money.

   It was a lot of fun but it could have done with a bit of a cleaning when it came to the trampolines. When I was there sadly there was a dead wasp on a trampoline. I believe it was picked up shortly after the staff was made aware! Other than that an amazing experience definitely recommend

   Ryze is less a trampoline park and more a glorious, modern-day gladiator arena for children. It’s a truly magical place where kids can run free and jump about like absolute idiots, and the staff are perfectly on hand to deal with the inevitable joint dislocations, so it's all good on that front. For the adults, the seating provided is truly a sight to behold. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and often comes with a complementary sheen of kid sweat and drool—a testament to how much fun the little ones are having. It's a fantastic place to spend a few hours, assuming you enjoy the sight of pure, unadulterated chaos. A great place overall!

   Been coming here regularly for a while now. Price for a jump is actually worth it. The staff in the trampoline area try get the kids involved as much as possible in games they put on (such as dodge ball). Prices however in the cafe have gone up very quick in the last so long this is what let’s the place down which is a shame. They used to be very reasonable and we used to quite like having a coffee whilst the children were playing and the kids would have a slush, but at £4 a time (a slush) recently we’ve had to stop this due to the hike as they have doubled in price. Lose a star due this reason or the place would be perfect. FREE carpark near the entrance with quite a lot of space. There’s even disabled spaces for those that are needing them. FREE wifi too. They show the password at the entrance when you walk in. If thinking of booking a party here there’s private rooms they have for these, great venue to host one. They even have party plan options to choose from. Overall, if you miss the cafè out on your visit, it’s still a good hour or so for the kids.

   Nice facilities but exorbitantly expensive. We usually go to the Jump In toddler session, where a toddler and two supervising adults are charged £21 per two hour session during term for everyone to have a proper bounce. For the same duration today during term time Ryze charged my family £54. I wasn't there, it was dad and granny, or I would have walked straight back out that door. No wonder the place was near empty.

   A great place to let the kids run free for a while, and they’ll sleep well afterwards! We brought 7 here, got them signed in quickly and then kicked back while they explored. There’s a big range of bouncy things for them to throw themselves around on, and a few extras that you can pay for. The cafe is a bit basic and slow, but you’re not coming here for fine dining. When you leave, there’s great views of the pentlands!

   My first order with Ryze was the mushroom matcha, I absolutely love it. Taste is outstanding, dissolves well and I felt the price was on point and in line with other brands. What blew me away though was the customer service. I did not realize I signed up for automatic orders and missed the auto email before they charged my card and a month later now expecting another full order I wasn’t ready for financially or needing yet. I frantically reached out by email and Andrée was beyond helpful and understanding to help me get the order returned and refunded, I feel like this kind of customer service is really hard to find these days with online brands and this experience built even further trust for me in the brand. My next order will be for the coffee and I’m looking forward to it! Thanks Ryze!
