   I got a last-minute appt from Fresha with the lovely Sarah, and she was really lovely. She absolutely knows her stuff and is a miracle worker ✨️. All the other girls were so nice, too. They are all down to earth beautiful girls. I'll defo be back. And leah, the junior is an angel who was really looking after me. I've actually booked my next appt already.

   Room 9 is an excellent salon. I have my hair styled and cut by Aimee who is " First Class". I have also had my hair cut and styled by other hairdressers during Aimee's absence and have never at any time been disappointed. Highly Recommend this salon.

   I had only ever used the same waxing salon for 14 years and decided to try someplace new. Room 9 was recommended to.me by a friend...omg.why had I waited so long..it was a lovely, friendly environment and Angela was so professional..i left feeling like I had been pampered and felt great.. definately will be going back for other treatments too.    I booked an appointment and paid for it, but when I turned up I was told there was no space. No phonecall or email to tell me this, so I wasted my one day off before Christmas and will now have no eyebrow , lash, or nails done for my Christmas night out. Waste of time and money travelling all the way there and back. Unprofessional.
