   Appalling service and treatment from the hairdresser there . I don’t remember her name but she was tall, blond older woman. I asked for a wave in my hair , something I’ve had many times and provided pictures. The first wave wasn’t great at all so I explained that it wasn’t usual technique and that I didn’t think it would look like it usually does. This instantly annoyed the hairdresser and she was very rude after this , tugged at my hair , burnt it with straighteners and never asked if I liked it or properly try to style it and then proceeded to overcharge me. I explained I wasn’t happy but she could car less and refused to allow me to speak to her manager , instead she told me she was the manager. Utterly shocking and doesn’t even deserve the one star I have to give. I’ve now just existed and left photos after realising that the salon cancelled my booking on Treatwell , meaning I am unable to review them there so I have added proof here that I visited and paid . If you look up Companies house , they are a scam company so it’s also for the purpose of hiding money.

   Useless, booked an online appointment for a haircut and paid their required deposit. Booked on their portal on their business listing. Arrived, woman argued that they didn't have a booking and looked confused why I would ask for my deposit back. Blamed a new account, their boss but zero accountability. Sham business

   The staff aren't very helpful infact I honestly got the impression that they didn't want to do my hair very strange, I was supposed to get my colour and cut an blow dry but I didn't receive anything it's like she couldn't be bothered won't be back

   Thanks to the beautiful Petrina for executing the vision perfectly for these nails. She was extremely patient and helpful with how nervous my daughter was, ensuring that she was comfortable throughout the full process.

   First time having gel nails, so wasn't sure what to expect, although I did think the nails were super thick. I've just had infills done by a professional and now realise how bad they were done originally. Far too thick. Maybe the girl was training but if that was so, it should not have been so expensive.

   Never gave my young daughter a patch test and eyebrows were horrific, didn’t do as she asked and she took a reaction causing eyes to swell and become irritated. Tried to call and ask what to do and they hung up the phone. Very rude. Do not recommend for eyebrows.
