Good for age 1-5 years. Not recommended to bring older kids, to narrow space and pure playground. Paid 18Β£ for age 1-7, total rip off. Food menu good, but prices aren’t cheap.

I would recommend this place is suitable for children under the age of 10 it was nice and quiet and my daughter loved it.

Great fun for all ages even the older ones lovely place for the younger to develop and grow lots of learning tools but today no banana milkshakes aaaaahhhhh can’t get everything.

I love this place we always take my kids there. Sometimes the staff are in a foul mood but who wouldn’t be having to parent other peoples children all day everyday. I do think someone should always sit at the front desk as I’ve heard people ring the bell a hood 5-10 minutes and the staff not hearing it due to children or parents shouting. Think they need to keep an eye on the car gate as parent leave it open and I’ve seen children run on to the tracks whilst the cars are being used… the parents are never paying attention. I spend most of my time at the teddy machine my family are obsessed to have a claw machine that actually gifts prizes. Don’t get the chicken nuggets or their version as they taste utterly disgusting like they’ve got freezer burn but can’t go wrong with the equipment. It’s about the only safest place for toddlers as other places have concrete at the bottom of slides or have no safety rules so 7-15 year olds push the younger kids but not at play planet my kids never leave there injured. Thank you

Have been taking my 2 year old since he was 6 months old. The best baby/toddler bit in any soft play Iv been too. He loves the football pitch. The layout is great because you can pretty much see your child no matter where you are (like when ordering food and drink). Coffees are nice. And this place is immaculately clean!

Fantastic place to take the kids, enough to do for the younger ones although the football area is great for our oldest and myself to kick about too. The baby/toddler area is great too. There's enough their to keep them entertained. Seating is good they aren't too close together. Food is really good here, highly recommend their Macaroni cheese! Enough choice for adults and kids, although pricey as you can imagine. But it doesn't detract from how good it is here. Staff are always friendly, the General manager and the family who own it are very nice they are doing a brilliant job with Play planet. 5 *'s are round

I phoned to find out how I can get in with kids, if there is any booking needed. Staff advised me to just show up as they were no busy. In 30 minutes I joined queue outside and it turns out they have no space for us. I raised my concern with staff and said I am not happy with situation, so lady behind counter apologised and said its not their fault. Definitely book in advance (seems to be 15-20 minutes and they were fully booked).

Customer Service zero entry price is the only reasonable thing about this place staff make it so obvious they r talking about u. A staff member called Chloe definitely needs some training on how to speak to Customers she seems so unhappy about her job asked for a coffee didn't bother telling me where the milk was asked about my fries and in a rude tone she goes once it's ready I'll bring it after 20 mints of wait had to ask again I'm not sure if I'll go back there again for me good Customer service is very important.

1st time being here. Kids had a great time. Can easily keep an eye on them. Staff friendly. Food was good and plenty choice, great for kids. My little one already asking when we can return.
