   I had amazing results from laser hair removal far exceeding what i had expected. I had initially wanted electrolysis hair removal but after my consultation with bally i opted to try the laser , i have had issues shaving my neck for as long as i have been shaving at the point under my Adams apple the hair grows in all directions which made shaving a nightmare and left me with a sore red and bumpy neck, don't get me wrong the laser was more painful than i had expected but it was manageable. After my first session i would say i had about a 80% reduction in the hair , and now i have had my second there is literally nothing there anymore that i can see anyway. i have now went from shaving one ever week or sometimes longer to being able to shave daily if i choose to and it literally takes 5 mins to shave now instead of a much longer painful shave that i had before. bally is friendly and makes you feel comfortable when you meet her she was also amazed at how well my removal had went . i would 100% recommend coming here is you need anything done or are just pondering it and need advice.

   I can’t praise Bally enough. I recently had my first treatment of laser hair removal and 5 weeks later still have minimal hair growth. I have always had issues with hair overgrowth but after just 1 treatment I already feel more confident in my body. It took me a while to book my appointment due to being nervous about starting the journey but I wish I had done it sooner. Bally makes you feel so welcome and ensures you have an understanding of the treatment before you go ahead. If you are thinking of doing it id 100% say you won’t regret it.

   Have been coming to Bally for around a decade to get my eyebrows waxed - this women is the only person I trust with my eyebrows I get complimented all the time because of how good she is at her job. Recently went to another laser hair removal clinic in silverburn for full face laser treatment. After 10 treatments I only felt like my facial hair was getting thicker and worse, having to shave nearly every other day. They used to sit me in the room for 3/4 mins and zap my face quickly and call it a day. Decided to finally put my trust in Bally to do the job, been for my first treatment it lasted around 45 mins and she did a thorough job. It has now been almost 2 weeks since my first treatment and I haven’t had to shave once which is something I thought I’d never be saying or experiencing. Would highly recommend Beauty Haven for laser hair removal, very worth the money!! I’m so pleased with my results so far.

   After spending close to £1000 on a block of 10 in a well known laser clinic in Glasgow city centre and seeing not even 10% hair removal at the end of it, i had a look at bally’s results on her social media and was amazed. Bally took her time and was very thorough considering my previous experience was very rushed and i have now seen 30-40% reduction after just one appointment. She talks through the full hair cycle process and explains everything in detail and is absolutely lovely! Looking forward to finishing my hair removal journey with her.

   Bally literally changed my life and made it so much better. With only one treatment, +40% of my hairs are gone already! Having PCOS and a lot of thick dark hairs, I chose to go for electrolysis every two weeks for a year at another place before looking another place. Bally asked me to trust her and give her a chance by letting her try laser on my face instead. And let me tell you, she was right! She knows exactly what she is doing, and is passionate about her job. Treatments are painful, of course, but I am already so happy. She took pictures and will probably post them at some point online, what a difference only one treatment makes! Just got out of our 2nd session, can’t wait to see the results !

I have been to Bally for 3 sessions of lazer, and let me just say that this woman knows what she's doing. The advice and knowledge she provides is next to none. I have had amazing results, life changing results at that. If you are considering going, then please please go, it's incredible and I will continue to travel across the city to go here.

   Not to be dramatic but actually life changing! Bally is just incredible at what she does, very professional, lovely salon and always makes sure you fully understand the procedure. I had laser hair removal and my only regret is not getting it sooner! It’s incredible! Would highly recommend!
