   I have been going to Breeze Brow and Lash for years for my brow lamination and eyelashes. It was recommended to me by a close friends and nothing is more powerful than word of mouth in my opinion. Despite no longer staying local to the area, I travel every time as wouldn’t trust anyone else to do as good a job! Their quality and standard of work is second to none and you will not be disappointed. They are super friendly, the salon is so cosy and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. I’ve recommended Breeze to many others who have all had a similar great experience with the staff and have left delighted with the services they received. Would highly recommend!

   I have been going here for years and years for my lashes etc ☺️ The shop and the staff are amazing always so helpful, kind and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, while getting lashes done they give you a blanket so you feel like you’re in the comfort of your own home. It’s so cosy. I have recommended so many people to go here and I will continue to. Thanks for the excellent service, for always giving me stunning lashes and brows.. 10/10. Xx

   Stood me up the evening before my holiday, and have repeatedly rescheduled appointments in the past. —————————————— I received a text less than 8hrs before my appointment asking to reschedule. I called and left a voicemail (8 minutes later) to say that I could reschedule. Then checked my emails and saw that my appointment had already been rescheduled without my consent. I was irritated but I accepted that these things happen. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment only to find that the shutters were down and my calls were not being answered. The salon is trying to blame me by saying that I did not reply to the text, when I called and left a voicemail. Additionally, it is unprofessional to just cancel and reschedule clients for whenever you like. I am angry that I have had to scramble around like this. I got my brows done by another local salon, after dashing around, but wasn’t able to get them tinted as I had planned. This is the second time that the shop has rescheduled me (the last time was with less than 12hrs notice the night before, which I couldn’t cancel because of cancellation fees). I’ve been to the salon before and I was always happy with my results, but they are unreliable and I would not recommend. (In response to the reply by the owner: I left a voicemail instead of texting, as I said. This is the second time I was rescheduled at the last minute. It was not just a one off occasion. Clearly my review hasn’t been read)

   The best lash & brow place in Glasgow! Absolutely love my lash extensions every single time and the owner is such a lovely person makes you feel relaxed and always professional. The salon is beautiful too. Highly recommend.
