Highly recommend this salon. Service is a pampering session to a very high standard. Harley and the girls are very experienced and go above and beyond with their treatments. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This is a very welcoming salon. So far, I have only been there once and I already felt pampered. This is going to be my place to get my treatments done.

Harley and the girls at Nava are so welcoming and lovely. I love my lashes and she has helped me get them back to a healthy state after being wrecked before. We always have a laugh and I leave feeling amazing every time!
Had my eyelashes done at 9a.m on Wednesday 21st December. I was guaranteed that they would last 2weeks. I left the salon and walked to my car at 11a.m.on looking in my rear mirror to check my new lashes I noticed that one at the inner edge of my left eye had already fallen off. They had not lasted 2hours far less 2weeks. I went on holiday the next morning and the lashes, particularly on my left eye, continually fell off. Upon my return I went into the salon to ask for help to either rescue the lashes or remove them. (1week from original appointment. Harley was working with a client and waved me over . I was forced to discuss the problem in front of this client and the other 2 currently at the nail bar. Reluctantly she made an appointment for me the next day as she could clearly see the problem. I was grateful as I appreciate this is an exceptionally busy time of year. At 9 a.m.on day of appointment she text to cancel that appointment. I shared my displeasure. Poor workmanship followed by poor customer service.
My nails were in a state after using acrylics for 1year. Foned for an appt. The Salon is very spacious and clean. I was made to feel very welcome and the girl explained how BIAB nails were a healthier option for nails and chatted away so I was very relaxed. Getting my infills next week. I am very pleased with my nails. I highly recommend.
