A new experience in rudeness and unhelpfulness from the older guy working in the footwear dept downstairs. Absolutely couldn't care less whether you bought from them or not. The main objective seemed to be to confuse and patronise the customers, something he was very talented at.

I popped in looking for a new pair of running shoes as I’m getting back into running, and Toby was brilliant. He really took the time to listen to my concerns, including a previous ankle injury and the fact I often run in the rain. He made sure I found the right shoes for my needs and even helped me pick out a pouch for my phone, keys, and AirPods. Fantastic service — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

Really great. Came for a gait analysis and a new pair of shoes. Was served by, I think, Toby, who was excellent. The service was patient and thorough and we went through a few options before settling on a pair of new running shoes. Didn't know the store existed until I searched for places to get a gait analysis done, but I'll definitely be back for future running stuff.

Visited the store today to find running shoes. Benas took a really good care of me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He has done my shoes assessment even without booking an appointment. Although I did not find my perfect trainers, I enjoyed my visit. Probably will be back to another Runners need store to find trainers of my size. Highly recommend an assessment.

Not worth visiting unless you have a pre-booked appointment, or are going outside their peak hours (weekends and midweek lunchtimes/evenings are prime busy time). Have been in a couple of times and the staff are always occupied doing gait analysis on other people. Won't even look at you or ask you what help you need. Upstairs part of the shop which focuses more on clothing, the people working there can't help you with running shoes. Runlimited towards St Paul's is far more welcoming to walk-ins.

Very nice shop assistants downstairs, work hard to find you a perfect pair and totally OK for you to take pictures and order online (I think the concept is more of a showroom, as not much colour choice in stock)

Went for gait analysis, walked away with perfectly fitting running shoes. Very knowledgeable staff gave excellent advice. I'm happy.

Booked a gait analysis online. The staff were very helpful and friendly, taking the time for me to try various shoes and recording after each one. Really recommend this place.

Not impressed. I came in for a gait analysis and was ‘looked after’ by a young blonde man who claimed to give expert advice. He couldn’t have been less interested - he gave virtually no advice apart from telling me whether the shoes were the right size or not. While serving me, he would go and chat to my colleague and leave me waiting for 5 minutes at a time. Really unprofessional. There was another member of staff conducting a gait analysis and fitting with another customer and he seemed to give far more advice and actually know what he was talking about. I did end up buying shoes because they do have a good selection and I urgently needed some, but I don’t have confidence they’re the right ones.

Great products. But Simply aweful. Not enough employees. The one we spoke to had no idea how to deal with the error in pricing those that actually had prices on them. An item that was marked down to £339 was actually £399. When challenged she said all she needed to do was remove the item remove the label and put it bad. However she made no effort to remove it ready to ensnare the next customer
