   Turns up to be told i need a patch test so i said this doesnt specify this on the booking site also asked me how I made the appt and i explained by fresha. The woman told me that they dont use that anymore due to the two businesses now being separate. I explained that they have now wasted my time and to do better next time by sorting out the booking system

   Awful! I’ve been coming here for a few years and it used to be great. Really friendly and professional. It has recently been bought out and is dreadful. Prices have gone up and the quality has gone down considerably. Given it’s a new shop I’d have expected new tools and but the tools were absolutely filthy and low quality. The nail tech cut my finger multiple times while removing my gel polish, which given the state of their equipment is quite concerning. Avoid

   AVOID!! Went for first time today… Firstly, the first woman using the electric file caught my fingers with it twice. Someone else took over. She did my nails, then quoted me £25, but my previous quote was £23. A couple of hours later I noticed thumb nail was lumpy. I went back. They shouted at each other in their own language, and wouldn’t speak to me. That one nail got redone. Four hours later and others are peeling/lifting/colour running off my nails. I haven’t been anywhere, or done anything. First picture of nails initially, then four pictures are of the peeling/lifting/colour running a few hours later. I don’t live locally, so I can’t even go back for a refund. I have to go elsewhere to pay for these to be removed and replaced.

   I had acrylic extensions with chrome & nail art done by Sofie and I’m delighted with them. Sofie listened and asked at every stage if I was happy with the progress. They are exactly what I wanted and asked for.

   The girls are very nice and kind, although the quality is terrible. Got BIAB nails, chipped off the gel and broke two of the nails just after 1 WEEK. I am very careful with my nails so this is very impressive to me. On the rest of the nails, gel started to come off or chip off super easily. Paid 33 pounds and already had to go somewhere else to fix my nails. Also cleaned my cuticles very bad and I ended up picking them very often. The "leopard" animal print I asked for doesn't look like it at all. UPDATE: Since you guys just accused me of taking a picture 3+ weeks after I got the nails done, here is exact date when I got them done, and they were already broken for like 5 days now. As you can see on the picture the day I got them done, the nail tech didn't fill the gel up properly to the edges. That's exactly how they looked since day 1.

   I have used this salon on many occasions and I can honestly say I have never felt more at ease. I have had brow wax, russian lashes and acrylics and there has never been any time when I have left unhappy. Highly recommend.

   The people are lovely, always up for a gab and their work is flawless! I’ve been trying to grow my nails after abusing them for a long time and these guys have done nothing but steer me in the right direction and gave me the best advice! Would not go anywhere else☺️❤️

   Love my nails from here, they always last for ages and the staff accommodate every nail design I ever have. I also regularly have my eyebrows shaped which again I am always impressed with the attention to detail. Wouldn’t think about going anywhere else now I have found this place. Plus the staff create a great atmosphere :-)

   Best salon I’ve ever been to! This place never fails to provide an amazing service. I have been going here for a few months for acrylic nails which always have detailed nail art and last me up to 6 weeks. The staff are always friendly and take great attention to detail in painting the nails and hand care. 10/10!
