   plastic clothing that schools if forcing the students to purchase because of the print logo. and this company is using this monopolised approach to provide poor service. the items are very very expensive, there is always delivery charge and guess what - you wait for the delivery a months or so despite their terms and conditions indicating 10-14 days. I wish schools management would read those reviews and review the provider before forcing the parents to go through this nightmare expericence. Did I mention there is total lack of communication on their part? and imagine this - the items you are trying to buy for your kids are really pretty much always a matter of urgency but this provider has total disregard and disrespect for parents but most importantly for the kids they there to support. Shame.

   Ordered kit in error as team registration included kit, so phoned to cancel 3 days later when I realised, they were very understanding, super nice about it and no quibbles at all. A very customer-centric business.

   Items are good quality but service isn't great. Particularly their online service. All orders I've placed have been done online for instore collection - all three I've had to chase because of no communication whatsoever. Their order confirmation that is sent out states you'll receive an email to confirm the order is ready to collect. This hasn't been sent for any of my orders, all three I've had to chase them. Most recent one they told me they tried calling me on the 5th August (I have no missed call from them) and that's it. No other attempt to contact me. I've only found out it's ready because I emailed them on Saturday (24th) and they responded this morning (27th August) saying it's ready. Extremely frustrating when they've been made the school's sole supplier and they're not particularly cheap. (£16 for an 8yr olds PE top) Once is annoying but not the end of the world, twice is frustrating and annoying but I have no choice so OK, three times is just ridiculous. Especially as this order was the easiest of the three and obviously has been sitting there ready for the last three weeks but no one told me. I don't leave negative reviews often, but Im truly fed up now. Any dealings with their management doesn't appear to produce any apologies or acknowledgement that the service hasn't been goos enough.(MD Dan King sent this mornings email telling me they tried calling me on the 5th. Don't know who they called but it wasn't me.

   We as a football club housing around 300 kids have started using orc this year as a supplier for kit and accessories and all I can say I great things about them . Friendly,Professional, punctual,fair priced and knowledgeable everything you want and need from a sports supplier. Highly recommend to anyone.

   The products are of ok quality but it's a bit over priced when compared to Sports Direct and other similar stores, the custom printed garments are really nice, but the turnaround time is long, I was told 4 days, but it actually took 3 weeks! ....would still use this company again.
