   Was really disappointed with my service. Hairdresser is very friendly and chatty however lacks ability to follow basic instructions and general lack of knowledge of current hair trends and styles. As someone with huge curly hair specifically told not to thin any hair or take off length. Regardless of what you might think is best its down to what the client wants. A lot of hairdressers just dont know how to work with hair thats a different texture or with people who dont want to look like the picture perfect girls theyre taught to work with. Possibly worst cut I have ever had.

   I was really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I arrived on time for my appointment but still had to wait 40 minutes, and there was no apology which I found unprofessional. Instead the stylist tried to distract me with compliments, which didn’t feel genuine. My friend gave me a voucher, but I was told I had to pay an extra £30 because for my hair to do the color she suggested the voucher wasn’t enough. I agreed to pay as I trusted her advice, and at first I was pleased because the haircut was nice and even though the color was different from what I expected, it still suited me. Unfortunately, after just three days when I washed my hair with color protection shampoo, the color had already started to fade and I could see my old hair color coming through. This should not happen after paying that amount, especially since I’ve been coloring my hair for 7 years and never had this problem elsewhere. I also noticed the towel and brush used did not seem very clean, and the products looked cheap. The only positive was the haircut, but overall the service and results were very disappointing.

   I wanted to get full arms and upper lips wax.... but the worker influenced me get facial wax done. I saud ok. But later after everything was done and I checked mirror I saw that my skin is peeled on my cheek bone. It is so sore. I said at that time to worker that this happened. But she dint agree, she said no no there is nothing like that. It is all fine you don't know you got it sone first time. How rude us that. I know I can feel skin is peeled off and I am showing but the person is not agreeing her mistake. With in 24 hours that scar has gone worst and swelled. I am not able to go out with this face. People go down to salon to get yourself look better and you go out with confidence. But here all opposite happened with me. I am never going to go back to this salon again. Would not recommend facial waxing if you have sensitive skin. They are very harsh with waxing. I get waxing done from years but never had such worst experience. I am adding a pic that was fresh when I came out of salon and other one 24 hours after the incident happened.

   Thank you Zohad! Had the best experience here for the first time on Thursday for a cut & blow-dry with half head of highlights. Stylist extremely knowledgeable (and lovely) - she read my mind and chose the perfect colour for me. I felt so relaxed and cared-for and will definitely be a new regular. Great experience all round with amazing prices too.

I couldn't have asked for more! The salon is beautifully decorated, light and spacious and the staff are so warm and friendly.
