Sitting in here now and only came as it was opened early. It’s expensive and unclean. It’s not the biggest of soft play so after a little while the kids are getting bored. There is a huge amount of dust caked on top of the toilets and the soft play is all cracked and in need to a clean and upgrade. I’m not sure we would come back to this one.

I come to Hive often and I used to love it. The prices are absolute madness now. I am just under £18 for 2 kids for 1.5hrs then a further £4 for a bang average coffee and then on top of this it is £1.00 per adult. It is small, and the kids do get bored after a while but you can deal with that if it wasnt so expensive. I have started going to Five Sisters softplay as they only charge £12.00 for both my kids and the coffee is a lot cheaper. It is a shame, as Hive was an "every weekend" thing for my daughters.

Avoid! Very overpriced!! If your child is over 12 months it will cost you £8 for 1.5 hrs plus fee for yourself and any other adult coming with you. There is nothing included in the fee, not a wee snack or wee drink for the kids. Not the cleanest and the staff is not the brightest either. I've ordered food, with the same lassie who was letting us in. Excluding me, there were another 3 folk, only one of them was a female, you guessed it, she got my food. Despite we couldn't look more different if we tried.

I took my son here as it was closer to family. It was our first time going and I won't be returning. Very expensive for what it is. £8 for an hour and a half and the place isn't very big. Not only that's but it appears that the adults are charged entry too as it came to £10.50. My son had new white socks on and they were covered in dirt by the time we left. Not the cleanest of places. Also it is sign posted all over that you cannot bring in or consume food that is not purchased from them...which I find shocking. So I would definitely avoid coming here as it's just set up to get as much money from you as they can.

I took my my girls to this soft play today , what a state, I’ve been to many soft plays over the last 7 years but this has to be the dirtiest place , babies are supposed to play here ? I don’t know when was the last time it was cleaned.

Don’t recommend the food as I gave our 3 year old the chicken nuggets in the kids buzz box and there was bones in the chicken nuggets! Luckily she never chocked on it and managed to spit it out. The other food wasn’t great either

A lovely wee soft play venue on the outskirts of Bathgate. Plenty of seats in the cafe so you can relax with a cuppa or a light snack, whilst keeping an eye on your little ones. Parking is right outside the door. Toilets were amaculate and tables were getting cleaned regularly too. The play area is divided into 3 age groups Under 2s 2 to 4 Over 4s. Adults can also try out some of the activities. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend.
