   Very professional. Myself and my sidekick both enjoyed our massages. So good. You know it's good when you feel as if it's only been 5 minutes. Would recommend. Used spa facilities afterwards. Free parking available.

   I had 2 appointments on concurrent days prior to my daughters wedding on the 18th of September. The 1st appointment was a facial. It was wonderful. The therapist took her time. It also included an arm, neck and hand massage and was fabulously relaxing. I left feeling pampered and relaxed. The next day I had my makeup done and was delighted with the result and it lasted perfectly all day. It is a lovely salon and well worth a treat if you are staying in the hotel. There is work ongoing in the lifts near the salon and I didn't feel it spoiled my treat, however I do feel perhaps the hotel should be being a bit more supportive to the salon in that regard. That said would I go back knowing this? Absolutely.

   I rang up to make a booking only a few moments ago. I asked the receptionist some questions about the treatment. Once the call was finished the receptionist obviously didn't put the phone down properly and I heard her laughing with her colleague about the question I asked. Needless to say I won't be attending the appointment.

   We purchased a massage deal on 5pm, and Jac was our therapist. Jac was so warm and friendly and provided the most amazing massages. Jac was so professional and very impressed with her effort in providing the most amazing massage. Very professional experience and can't wait to book again!

   I recieved a full body massage on Friday the 15th march and i can honestly say it was the worst massage iv ever had. The girl seemed very inexperienced, i informed the girl at the start of the massage i liked a firm massage but this seemed to fall on deaf ears as it was nothing near firm, they didn't have the proper table to do my massage properly and was unable to have my neck and shoulders massaged properly. The girl did apologise but i still felt i threw away 48 pounds as i felt frustrated and disappointed when i left the room
