    I had an excellent experience at the O2 New Balance store thanks to the shop assistant, Nabeda. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive throughout my visit, taking the time to understand what I was looking for. Her expert knowledge about the different walking trainers and the levels of comfort they offer was particularly impressive. She clearly explained the differences between the styles, cushioning, and support, which made it much easier to choose the right pair. Nabeda was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Outstanding customer service – a real credit to the store.

    Very rude staff. Put us off shopping in the O2 in general. Such a shame that it’s one of the few New Balance stores available nearby. They don’t know how to interact in a polite and cordial manner. It wasn’t even busy and the staff member, a black bearded fellow wearing grey New Balance tracksuit set, who served us already looked unbothered. The staff could do with some retraining on customer service. No wonder this place has bad reviews.

Abi, Victory, and Shuhag were exceptional and really made me feel comfortable with offering suggestions regarding the perfect trainers for me. Really grateful for their service, honestly a great team at the O2 Greenwich Outlet. Massive thanks for your hospitality and awesome customer service. I’m super happy with my trainers.

    One of the best shoes retail store in O2. You can find really economical shoes prices and wide range of shoes. Store looks really clean and tidy. Specially on our recent visit we found really busy. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended friends, family and colleagues. They must visit and share their experiences.
