   I haven’t been to see Lorna since February due to ill health. I was nervous going in tonight because I was embarrassed about the state of my hair and how grown out the colour was. Lorna welcomed me through the door with open arms, and immediately put my worries at ease. I asked for a miracle and got one! She took time to sit with me and give me some options about my colour and style, which was very open and honest. This is one of the reasons I love this salon! They are always very honest with you; and don’t just sell to you for the sake of it! I absolutely love my hair and it’s made me feel so much better about myself! Thankyou Lorna xxx

   It has been such a great experience getting my hair cut with Lorna. I feel so welcome and no matter who comes in or how many customers there are, Lorna remembers details about my life from previous appointments, and makes me feel so comfortable. It is such a high quality experience. I look forward so much to getting my hair done now.

   Sophie for the first time going to a hair stylist was nervous but very quickly found the staff to be very friendly and talkative, putting her at ease and giving her confidence to get into conversations she is very happy with how healthy her hair is looking and is excited on her next appointment. Myself as her father was extremely pleased with the warm welcome and coffee and in depth advice I was given to treat Sophie hair and we certainly have found Sophie hair stylist

   Always a great experience at Hair Design. The first thing that struck me was the warm friendly atmosphere. Everyone is super professional and there is a real sense of pride in the service they provide. The wonderful Lorna has worked miracles on my hair and really listens and provides great advice. Also had a fab blow-dry from Magda that stayed in for ages and the lovely Lena has also coloured my hair. You really can't go wrong with any of the stylists. Fab salon and fab bunch of girls xxx
