Absolutely thrilled with my hair from Bethany . I had a bad experience with my hair from a previous salon last year and she worked.he magic and exceeded with excellent results . She was knowledgeable, honest, kind and give good communication throughout of every step of what she was doing through my hair which I thought was great as it gave me reassurance to know exactly what was going.to be done . The salon it's in it's self is well presented , warm and welcoming also .

Had a lovely experience at Vanity Hair Salon, Gemma done a brilliant job colouring and cutting my hair and I was made feel so welcome as it was my first visit to the salon.
Myself and my children have been coming to the girls at Vanity Hair Coatbridge for roughly 8 years now. Long term staff members , spotless clean , bright and airy and an amazing professional service. The salon is a busy little Gem right in the middle of Coatbridge with an amazingly intimate and calming setting. The ladies are kind , patient , very friendly and approachable , they go out of their way to help with whatever is needed. Their professionalism is always at the forefront when doing their jobs. From young to old these ladies have the best mannerisms with everyone coming in and out the salon , they have 15 + years experience in the hairdressing industry and it shows in not only their work but their amazing attitude too! All Covid regulations are followed hand sanitising , track and trace and temperature checks on arrival - I actually felt safer to go into Vanity during the pandemic than I did round the corner at Asda!
Love this salon! The staff are always so happy and helpful. The salon has a great friendly atmosphere and wether I'm in getting my colour done or weekly blow-dry I always leave happy. If your in Coatbridge or surrounding areas I highly recommend you give this salon a visit.
Not professional at all. One stylist in particular was giving a younger worker a telling off for basically nothing. Unfortunately the younger girl didn't answer back, probably because she is being bullied. Had that been my daughter i would have knocked the stylist out for talking to my daughter in that manner. If that particular stylist is reading this review you should be totally ashamed of yourself and so should the other stylists you work with because they stood by and watched. Needless to say i wont be back in your shop again. Hope for your sake your daughters are not treated in the same way when they start out in their chosen career.
