   Suffer from eczema round my neck. Was told he wouldn't cut my hair again unless I "sorted" it out. Won't be back again, clearly no understanding of the condition. Untrained, unprofessional, very poor customer service. *"I’d like to clarify a few things. My skin was not in a bad condition during my visit, so I was surprised by the way the situation was handled. I didn’t feel that my eczema posed any issue for the haircut, nor was it any different from what I’ve experienced in the past. What really upset me was that your comment to 'get it sorted' and not to come back was only made after I paid for the service. This felt very unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected and embarrassed as a customer. How long I’ve been coming to your shop doesn’t change the fact that this experience was handled poorly, and that’s why I have left the review. I had expected more respect and communication after being a regular customer for so long as you state. Nothing to do with spite here but I hope this review will either help you acknowledge and treat any future customers you may have with skin conditions in a better way or at least gain a better understanding. **Your constant unprofessional replies continue to show the type of organisation/person you are. Rude in your reviews as you were in person - there's no poor hygiene about me but good try on deflecting from your poor service. Nothing contagious about having a wee bit of dry skin nor is that unhygienic as you put it. As for disinfecting your tools, I'd imagine you should be doing that on a fairly regular basis anyway - seems like a review from a Kevin a year ago says otherwise of your own hygiene routine. Seems like you have now edited your response and continue to do so after getting quite personal (perhaps a guilty conscious and realise that you're in the wrong? Or maybe just wishful thinking) No single person should be leaving feeling worse after a haircut. Happy to add a photo of my head from that day to showcase there was no skin issues at all. (The fact you made a customer feel self conscious about themselves to the point I even had to take photos to make sure I wasn't missing something as well as check my skin at the doctors). The amount of people that I've told my experience of your barber shop are genuinely shocked of your treatment. I truly do hope now after my review, that customers do have a chance to make an informed choice by reading your comments and have a 2nd thought. Luckily there's no shortage of other barber shops around to choose from.

   ATTENTION- No sign of them cleaning clippers inbetween clients and not once did I see any attempt to do so. 3 barbers on duty. Its about time the barber industry got licenced as in any other business these places would be closed down. Just imagine a client with a disease being cut then your being cut by the same uncleaned tools. Shear magic coatbridge get a grip man.

   I'm from Ayrshire and was just passing through. The fella that cut my hair was very friendly and personable. Listened to what I had to say and did a great job on the haircut and beard trim. I'd highly recommend and will visit again when in the area. Great job.

   Always friendly... im older 72 so don't get anything fancy... they take £7.50 from me its a nice shop and yes I think its busy .. but I can go anytime so try when its quiet.. Always happy with the service

   New to the area and needed a barber to fix a botched self-haircut. There was a bit of a queue but I took this as a good sign and wasn't disappointed. The guy was great and managed to salvage my hair and now I have a new barber!!

   I always get a great haircut and excellent service from these guys. I think it's in part down to the fact it's a family business, run by respectful and skilled barbers. It's a refreshing change from other barbers with their constantly rotating staff that offer no consistency.
