A great soft play for children. Had my daughters 3rd party at the weekend and staff had been helpful throughout the planning process. Friendly on arrival and interactive with the children during the party. Children and adults had a great time!
We selected Play Bugs as our daughter's 3rd birthday party venue. I must say we were certainly not disappointed. The decor we gave them was intricately put together, the party games was really good and the kids really enjoyed the soft play area. The environment was quite intimate so we had the place all to our selves. My daughter absolutely loved it. Thanks Play Bugs for making her day special. To top it off the staff were accommodating and friendly.
Booked a 4 year old’s party here and was impressed with everything. Excellent staff who were great with the kids, they were on top of allergy requirements and they have a good softplay setup. Let us use our own playlist for the birthday party which the kids loved. Can see why this is so popular for birthday parties in the area. Will be back with the kids some time soon
We had our little one 2nd birthday organised there and were very happy with it. It's mostly served by young girls, but they are professional and helpful. Meals for parents are not bad: one of the better sausage rolls I had is from there. For birthday party is actually quite good value: all prepared, no cleaning to do afterwards, you only need to provide birthday cake and decorations
Great for taking young kids to burn off some energy and for parents/grandparents/babysitters to sit and have a coffee x
Very very very dirty place. Piles of dust absolutely everywhere. Carpet disgusting dirty and sticky. Very cold. Very small soft play. Will never go again.
First time there with my four year old and two year old they loved it. A very safe environment, looks like it'll be a weekly visit from now on.
The biggest soft play I've seen! My son loved it here and spent at least 20 minutes running up to the top of the soft play and sliding down the very large slide! The food offered is good and reasonably priced as well.
We had a birthday party here and the kids all had a great time! It was really good value for money, the kids had plenty to eat and drink and the party games were basic but broke up the free play. They catered for allergies really well so those kids didn't feel left out, and supplied party bags too. Overall I'd highly recommend having a birthday party here.
