   Bought a sesame pretzel, which they dunked in butter or something which smelled amazing. But gave me in the worst packing ever. The butter soaked through the 2 layers of paper bags and was all over my hand and stained my jacket sleeve, and dripped into the brand new clothes bag I was holding and dripped onto my new new shoes. Took hours cleaning it all, and some stains might not even remove properly. I’m appalled and furious at why would you sell something without appropriate packaging.

   Great snack during a shopping day. The staff are usually really nice and the pretzels are delicious. The queue is sometimes quite long but it’s moving really fast and the pretzels are done almost immediately. However is very very overpriced for the size/quality of the pretzels.

   Overpriced, under quality pretzels. Customer service was inadequate. Price to quality ratio was very poor. The pretzels are very overpriced and so are other things on the menu.

   Because I work in Westfield White City, I can assure you that definitely something not right with Mr Pretzels there, the ladies working there are not doing a proper service befitting the place’s reputation, I saw them twice fighting and swearing to customers! something wrong definitely, maybe the managers need to have a look or meeting with the employees, I can see there is an issue with the way these employees have

   I decided to actually wait 5-7 minutes for a pretzel dog (which is a joke), but then they said their card machine doesnt do contactless payment. They asked if I had card or cash. Sorry but I use my phone for payment these days and dont carry around my physical wallet. Loss of business over sheer stupidity.

   Wasn't busy and have space to sit down and enjoy our freshly made Pretzels. Friendly staff and quality treats. Sitting area needs little attention as it was not cleaned.

   Saw a queue so thought it must be worth trying ……. Oh I was wrong ! Not a pretzel at all ! The Pretzel dog is Probably one of the most disgusting overpriced things I have ever tasted, never again! it’s more of a donut dough that’s shaped around a cheap economy hotdog and the “pretzels “ are the same dough with a variation of toppings , rude staff and overpriced. also if you require a small paper bag it is 30p to carry it away if you don’t try it and bin it immediately .

   Visited Westfield on a busy Saturday afternoon and fancied a stop for Mr Pretzels. My partner got a nutella pretzel which was a pretzel with melted nutella ladled over it (£3.95). And i got the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites (4.95) and a latte (£2.50). The counter is busy with quite a lot of people working in a small space. They do not wear dace masks but wore the plastic screen headgear. There was sanitiser readily available at the cohnter and socual distancing stickers in place while queuing, although yhe 2 till points are still close together. The pretzels were consistently good, although the bites could have been chopped up better -there were big clumps of the pieces that were stuck together. The latte was tasty as a basic latte goes. Staff are not the friendliest but they do sem tired considering how busy the kiosk is!
