Absolutely disgraceful service. Yesterday my daughter had time changed, put back an hour then today, they cancelled the appointment. She is gutted as wanted hair done for special occasion. Reading through reviews this is common for this lot. Disgraceful service.. AVOID. If there was no star option they'd win hands down.
This place is a joke. Multiple issues now, my Son had an appointment booked in whereby the barber did not show. Another employee luckily had space and was able to cut the hair, albeit this was 30 mins after the appointment was booked in for originally. Second time I had my son booked in we turned up for the appointment and waited for 40 minutes while the barber had slept in. We were told he was on his way and we needed to wait as we had a wedding the next again day so the appointment had to go ahead. We ended up not having the time to wait any longer and had to go and find another place down the road. My fiancee was booked in today for her haircut before our wedding this weekend, the appointment time was changed just yesterday which was not ideal but we accepted the changed and was going to make it work. We then turned up for the amended appointment time today to an empty salon, no lights on and door was locked. We then received and email from the booking system to say that the appointment had been cancelled 4 minutes before it was rescheduled to take place. Not even a personal message from the person cancelling, the auto generated message from the booking system. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Got highlights done here yesterday- love them. Appointment time was moved twice (but remained on the same day) which was fine as I wasn’t busy. Siobhan did a great job, will definitely return.
Wife just had appointment moved forward 1 hour with 1 hours notice, and then moved forward another 30 mins, and when she messaged to say she couldn't make that time they just cancelled the appointment. Shocking way to do business. Safe to say she won't be booking here again.
Just had my appointment cancelled without explanation AGAIN. I've only myself to blame as this happened to me last time I booked too and, like last time, when you call the salon you can't get through and when you reply to the text message to say you've been cancelled, it doesn't delivery your message so you cannot communicate with them. Particularly disappointing as it was for my wedding anniversary tonight. Despite reading lots of bad reviews about last minute cancellations, I was prepared to give them a chance, but no longer. They've now lost my custom too.

WARNING...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST Went to get roots coloured after lockdown and was left with a brassy orange / yellow band. Went back two days later to get it fixed and was still the same. Back again today and the co-owner of the shop (Siobhan) was rude and had a terrible attitude. She claimed it would be ‘fixed’ with a toner but when it came of I had a darker band and pink patches. When I pointed this out she again became arrogant and rude and took over the re-applying and blow drying from the stylist, and I can only say I don’t know what hairdressing training she has done as it was the worst blow dry and style I’ve ever had. I have been blocked from their Facebook page to prevent me uploading the photos I have. I certainly won’t be back and would not recommend to family and friends .
