Went in for a dry cut at the back and thinned down at the back in and out in 8 min the price was ridiculous also one end was uneven
Very disappointed i had about 2 inches cut off the very bottom of the back of my hair today, i did not get my hair washed & blow dried. I was charged £20 as it was a dry cut. It only took 5 minutes. I questioned the stylist who replied that was the price of a dry cut, no sorry it should be £22, meaning i have to grateful she took £2 off !!!!!! to which I said it only took you 5 minutes, normally a decent hairdresser would say it was only a wee bit off the back and did not take long so just give me a smaller amount as £20 would not justify the time and effort it took. I am totally disgusted, i have left my number for the manager to call me, but am doubtful that will happen or even if she does what the outcome would be.

I went in looking like a tramp and came out looking like a princess. Kelly is a miracle worker. I haven't been in Flicks for years, however, I will be back again soon.
First time visiting this salon and I was not disappointed , I was made feel very welcome by the stylists and I felt that Jackie took time to listen to me and I left feeling and looking like a new woman. I would highly recommend this salon .
Today I spent the afternoon at Flicks Hair Studio and what a delight it was! I am absolutely in love with my hair, the colour is perfect! Just to top it off the ladies in the salon are amazing! Definitely recommend! - Bree McKeown
