I went into Krystal kuts for the first time today , I was made feel welcome staff are very pleasant and the cut and colour was fantastic I will not go to any other hairdressers,this is my local forever, thank you so much for a great hair style ,love it x

Well i would like to say a big thanks to Kat at Krystal Kuts. She did an amazing job on my cut n colour. She sat and spoke to me before hand, did a test on my hair explained how the colours work together. She was so professional i'v never had a hairdresser do what she did before. Im so delighted with the colour and the cut n style. Plus the price was so reasonable.I highly recommend Krystal Kuts and Kat. Kat will now be my regular hairdresser.
Poor service. Waited ages for son to get hair cut. When our turn came the staff member moseyed around drinking redbull, stretching, gossiping about nights out and generally showing no consideration for a waiting customer. Eventually had to leave due to no effort being made to accommodate us.
