   Really disappointed with the haircut that Julie gave me. I returned after growing out my last cut from Julie. I’d felt perhaps she was giving me what she thought was my usual but for me had moved from what I desired. I had a picture and high hopes and plenty of length to work with. It was cropped and had no resemblance to the picture shown. I expressed my concerns about how much was being cut off and said I did not want my layers too short. I watched as she chopped and chopped then halfway through the cut she suggested doing one side short and one long that got a very strong no from me. Asymmetric cuts are top of the list of my hated hairstyles- see scene from Fleabag. I think perhaps she started as one side is indeed shorter that the other. The back isn’t even straight and the picture shows a blunt straight back. When challenged I was told that a few adjustments had to be made because of my hair type but really if the haircut you choose is not suitable for your hair that’s a discussion to have before the hair is cut not when challenged. It’s a mess. It’s uneven with no discernible shape or style. Perhaps in a few weeks it will be okay and in a few more it can start to be restyled. I was charged £35 for this. A wet cut. I could have done better myself.

   Very friendly vibe and Chloe and Laura were both lovely. Very enjoyable hair wash/wee head massage from Chloe and really happy with Laura’s cut and style - exactly what I wanted. The only small thing is that the coffee was instant. Having some nicer coffee would make the experience even better!

   My first time in salon Euphoria and it was a lovely experience. Lisa game me a lovely short hair style .I was nervous getting it cut short but Lisa listened to how I wanted to have it cut. She is such a lovely lady and so funny and I had 2 lovely coffees. I will certainly be back. Fiona Ward

   Took my daughter in today for her first ever professional hair cut. She was very nervous but all staff members were so lovely with her and she quickly relaxed. Laura (Mia) cut her hair and was so kind and immediately put her at ease and cut her hair beautifully. Highly recommend this salon. Will definitely be back. Thank you Laura (Mia)

   Went in today for a curly cut and was absolutely blown away. My stylist was attentive and careful, making sure to ask me what I thought every step of the way. She was kind enough to give me tips on what products to buy to keep my hair looking its best. I'm utterly delighted with the service, my curls have never looked or felt better. Worth every penny!
