Loved the whole experience of my haircut with Stephen. He was very professional, a great conversationalist, and did a fantastic job creating the look I wanted. The salon also has a perfect balance of elegance and coziness. It's one of the rare finds!
First time at Stephen Doran and I will be back! Love, love, love my hair. From arrival until departure the staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. I ordered a Caesar Salad to eat while having my hair done and it was delicious. Tea was also flowing (I like my tea) They consulted me on my colour before proceeding (thanks Samantha) and the colour choice was spot on. My cut was amazing (thanks Fiona), talked through to make sure I was happy...even with my whole fringe/no fringe dilemma. I left being the happiest I have been with my hair in a long time. It was my first time at the salon, I booked with Samantha and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and her skill level. She gave my exactly what I wanted- long layers, face framing pieces and a blow out. All of the staff were lovely and the salons services are definitely value for money!
I have had the same hairdresser for 8 years and due to a move I had to find a new stylist / salon. I was really nervous and must have called over 50 places till I thought I really liked the look to Stephen Doran and I live really close by had always seen it busy and full of people I decided to book in. What a fantastic decision I’m so glad I did. I booked in with Samantha. I had a chat with her prior to coming due to some extra needs I have and she was so comforting and understanding. The day of my appointment everyone is the salon just had such a good non judgy vibe. It’s clean yet has such a warm feeling and i just felt so comfortable. Samantha did my hair so lovely and I felt great I’d found somewhere I felt I could trust and come to. I ended up feeling my colour was a bit light but getting I touch with Samantha about this and getting it easily sorted was such a breeze and she was so lovely about it. Also have to mention although I never had an appointment with Stephen the owner he is such a friendly out going and easy to talk to person. You can really tell he values his team and especially his clients and his manner is just so kind and humble. This stood out to me especially. Thank you guys for being so welcoming and kind. Tracey takes the time to understand exactly what I want and makes great suggestions and ideas she knows will suit me.The cut and style were done with real precision and artistry from Stephen. I left with hair that looked even better than I imagined—fresh, flattering, and easy to manage. What impressed me most was how attentive and genuine the service was. This is a beautiful salon, the staff are warm and friendly and it has a calming atmosphere. Paolo has been cutting my hair for years now, he takes the time to really listen to what you are wanting and is so good at what he does, he's very talented! I've no doubt the whole team are. You can tell a lot of hard work and passion has gone into creating such a lovely space. Also, love the teapots!

Another fab haircut from Paolo! He has been cutting my hair for over 12 years and I am always delighted. The new salon is lovely- such a great vibe and a nice team. Looking forward to going back already!
What a joy it is to walk into this beautiful salon. It has such a great vibe and fantastic customer service. And that's before a scissor is lifted! Sharz always takes time to understand you and the look you're after, then executes his craft to the highest degree. At my last visit I met Carmen who had great ideas and advice on the pop of colour I was looking for and was so warm and friendly. And don't get me started on the snacks - the stylists even share their chocolate. Heaven!
A beautiful exquisite salon. Sharz and Kate are amazing. I knew the team from Sassoon and I still feel I am there. A first class haircut from Sharz. Kate did my highlights which are so natural. My hair and colour are unique. These guys know what they are doing. Well worth visiting. I look forward to visiting salon again.
