   My husband loves a great game of golf we visited Silverknowes Sep 10 2025 staff were friendly & welcoming my husband enjoyed playing 18 holes of golf while I was taking photos of the magnificent view from the fantastic greens & we appreciated the cafe on site & the location was excellent we’re here on vacation not driving we took public transit & bus stop was only a few min walk to the golf course we will visit Silverknowes again & if you are a golfing enthusiast like my husband we recommend Silverknowes

   A thoroughly enjoyable course with wide forgiving fairways but the subtle sloping greens are what makes this course a challenge. The course was in excellent condition in August and the greens ran true. Beautiful views over the Firth of Forth to Cramond Island and beyond. Excellent value. Also enjoyed the café after the round. Excellent choice of hot and cold sandwiches and drinks with great views over the course and the Firth of Forth.

   Beautiful Day ar Silverknowes! Didn't golf today but my husband was wishing he was out there hitting a few balls. He used to play here as a young man and has a few if his pictures on the wall!

   Right price; well kept course. Perfect for high handicappers and junior golfers, as forgiving fairways and limited rough. Lovely views and friendly staff. Thank you.

   This is a beautiful course to play and very relaxed. At the first hole were a pair of deer! With stunning views over Cramond Island, this superbly kept course never disappoints. I should probably recommend the upstairs cafe for a bite to eat afterwards.

   Nice course, well kept with long fairways with a few interesting greens. Lovely views over the Firth of Forth. I would have given it more stars but you have to look out for the locals racing there trial bike across the fairway
