Great place. My regular for years, nice and easy, tell them what I want and they get it done. No rigamarole, no yapping, just straight to the point. Experienced barbers.
Horrible haircut and service. Barber kept puffing when asking him for things I noticed with the haircut. Asked for a taper and didn’t know what it was till I explained after. I got burned and cut by the trimmers. And between customers he didn’t sanitizer and was blowing the hair off machines by his mouth. Do not recommend
This should be 0 star they done my brother dirty messed up his hair fringe is at an angle they cut I alot shorter than what he asked one side is rounded and the other side boxed do not recommend this place
I got a haircut at Silver Scissor, and the next day, everyone was talking about how majestic it looked. The guys there are super nice, and the overall atmosphere is great. If you want a clean, sharp cut, this is the place to go!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this barber that left me thoroughly dissatisfied with both the service and the overall atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a level of rudeness that surpassed any previous encounters. The barber didn't bother with a simple greeting, and when it came time to take a seat, the gesture was reduced to a mere tap on the chair, lacking any semblance of politeness. Communication during the haircut proved to be another challenge. Despite clearly expressing my desire for a no-skin fade, the barber seemed to have a selective hearing problem. Midway through the cut, he suddenly asked about the skin fade number, contradicting my initial request. This lack of attention to customer preferences left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Adding insult to injury was the exorbitant pricing for the services provided. The barber seemed more interested in upselling than ensuring customer satisfaction. A simple request for a beard outline turned into a pricing battle, with the barber presenting the options of clippers or blade, the latter costing a hefty £12. Despite choosing clippers, I found myself having to intervene as the barber reached for the blade, a clear disregard for my choice. Post-haircut, the experience didn't improve. The lack of cleanliness in the shop was evident as the barber simply removed the covering sheet and left me to deal with the aftermath. I had to request tissues to clean my face and ears, which were uncomfortably filled with stray hairs. In summary, this was, without a doubt, the rudest and most unfriendly barber I've ever encountered. The lack of basic courtesy, failure to listen to customer requests, excessive pricing tactics, and subpar cleanliness make it imperative for me to advise others to steer clear of this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and find a barber who values customer satisfaction and basic courtesy.
Too hurry, already showed the hair style that I wanted, but the barber proceed to shortened it anyway. Had to ask the barber to stop the cut in the middle of the process because it is too significant. Funny thing is, my hairstyle that I choose is EXACTLY looks like the barber's hair. But he still messed it up. Not recommended.
Guy took less than 5 mins. Very hurried. Chibbed my head several times laughed it off. I complained butanager or owner seemed to find it quite amusing. Will no way go back here and I ll spread the word
Brilliant haircut and very efficient. Stylish place and established itself as has been in the area for a long time. All the team are very polite and work with you - all in all very worth the price - Gents haircut was around £12
Polite and friendly staff. Standard stuff to be expected from a Turkish barbers, walk ins and cheap haircuts; ideal for a simple short back and sides/fades etc.
