   Why advertise on your window walk ins welcome and you sit waiting for 15 minutes and then someone asks if you have an appointment. Why a wasn’t asked when you entered the shop. Easy decision won’t be back.

   I wouldn’t usually leave a bad review but I sat unacknowledged in your barbershop today for 45 minutes before finally speaking to one of the barbers and ask who was dealing with walk ins (it says walk ins on your window…) as around 10 other customers had come and gone while I was sitting there. You need to have a system in place (or someone on the door) to deal with both appointments and walk ins if that’s what you’re offering. If someone had told me you were all booked up when I arrived it wouldn’t have been a problem, but someone needs to be managing the shop better so as not to waste people’s time.

   Finding a barber that really listens to what you want is rare, but Robert did exactly that. He really took his time to understand my hair and the style I wanted, spoke me through different options and explained everything he was doing. He really put me at ease and I absolutely love the haircut. I’ve got a soft mullet and he was really skilled using the scissors. Robert was super friendly and chatty, and immediately put me at ease. I’ll definitely be back- thanks Robert !

   My barber was Allisson. I was looking for more of Local barber in Shawlands, somewhere near as my regular barber is kinda far from where I stay. Not gonna lie, I tried several barbers in Shawlands area and had nightmares of a haircut hehe. I was about to give up and just go back to my regular barber even tho he's not close. But then I bumped into Mojo barber and thought why not give it a last try as it is central Shawlands and 5 min walk from my place! Lucky for me, that last try was worth it. Allisson knows what he's doing, he just gave me the haircut that I wanted, but with his touch and added his suggestions to it which turned up great. I do have a un-symmetrical hairline, so short haircuts were a big NO. Don't ask me how, but Allisson made it work, hairline very symmetric, the skin fade was on point and on top of that he faded it with the sides of my beard. Overall: Great experience, very professional yet friendly, amazing haircut quality and price.
