   CHALMERS GENERATION 5 NO LONGER EXISTS. TURKISH BARBERS HAVE TAKEN OVER . THIS UNFORTUNATELY WAS DUE TO EXISTING STAFF BEING UNRELIABLE AND NOT ATTENDING THEIR PLACE OF WORK.

   Just went in to get my sons hair cut today 20th October and the woman started moaning straight away asking if he would sit on his own cause she's got stitches in her back. (Should you even be working then if it is affected your ability to do your job)? Then she said maybe you could come back tmorra cause another girl is there and it only costs £8. Why bother getting up and going to work if all you do is moan at paying customers. I just said it sounds like cutting my sons hair is too much trouble for you and got up and left. Stay away from this place!!!!!

   Son asked for a mullet with a fade. What he got was a bloody disgrace. He's come home upset and I'm angry at the mess of his hair. Do not go here avoid at all costs. I'd share a photo but my son doesn't want it shown

   I've been going to the Turkish barbers for a while now and always thought they were ok. I don't know what made me decide to go to Chalmers but I'm glad I did. The lady who cut by hair asked straight away who had been cutting my hair, she actually thought it was an at home job. It seems the sides of by hair have been getting cut too short for the side parting style I have. She advised me to keep them longer this time even though it would look a bit rough so that on my next visit she could get it looking right. Pleasant and chatty too and reasonably priced. I'd much rather go here now and get proper advice from properly trained hairdressers than a barber who hasn't a clue but can wax your nose.

   Go here all the time for a haircut but will maybe try somewhere else next time. I get that there is a waiting time, especially during peak periods, but it drives me crazy when staff repeatedly stop what they're doing so they can have chats with each other or with their customers. Frustrating sitting waiting 25 minutes for staff to finish what should be a 5 minute cut.
