    This is a decent place with decent prices. Very conveniently located too with parking right In front. Generally the staff are very nice too.... Hooowever! You know how they say "There's one in every family?" Well there's usually one in every business too! There's an elderly woman there with a very nasty attitude. Has a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp...you'll know her when you see her. She makes you feel at unease & getting a haircut is supposed to be an enjoyable & calming experience. Her ability to cut hair is actually really good so credit where it's due. But her personality & attitude definately need a makeover. You can't leave your humanity at home when you go to work, as your customers are human...not robots.

    If you are under the age of 50 and arnt balding do not go here trust me, if you ask for a mid fade you will get a high fade and your head will look like an eff after your haircut garunteed, I asked for a tiny bit off the top and she gets rid of a solid 3 inches of fringe, actually dreading going into school tommorow

    Earlier today my 2yr old son had a very bad experience with the lady in the barbers. She was extremely rough with him to the point that he was crying and spoke to him throughout in an unpleasant manner. He normally attends VIP cuts at the Avenue who are great and he has no problem at all but the lady's attitude and roughness were quite alarming. My wife had to abandon the hair cut and leave and again the lady was very rude. I'm really disappointed the way my son was treated.

    Please advise why you have cameras in your shop recording all customers and conversations without asking permission? What are you doing with this information? Customers should be informed of this before entering the shop.

    Got my hair cut but a lady here recently, very poor cut. Sideburns were almost completely shaved off, hair left un cut above my ear, after pointing it out once already, hair uneven and some uncut on fringe. Didn't get a hello when I came in either, a guy just pointed me over to a chair. Won't be going back.

    Went for a haircut and shave on a Saturday morning. (Shop window advertises hot towel shaves) 4 people working. Guy that took me said he can't do shaves. Turns out only one person can do hot shaves - but she said didn't want to do any today!! I left and went to Mearna Cross barbers. It was excellent.
