   The service was absolutely awful. My nails were not prepped, the gel was piled on extremely thick, the nail tech was rough and rude and didn’t understand anything I was trying to explain to her and failed to do the appropriate after care once my nails were finished (cleaning my hands, applying cuticle oil, etc). I was charged £45 for a set of nails which they CLEARLY had shown would only be £37. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

   Have been going here for a while now but I just had my Christmas nails done this morning and the girl didn’t file my nails after putting the BIAB on so they’re misshaped, bulky and jaggy. If it wasn’t for it being Christmas Eve and being tight for time, I would have said but I’m really disappointed ☹️
