   I came in with high expectations after reading the great reviews and even showed a reference picture of what I wanted. Unfortunately, the result didn’t quite turn out as expected the finish wasn’t very neat, and I noticed dust particles on my nails, which hasn’t happened to me before. When I raised it, I was told it “tends to happen,” but for the price I was hoping for a cleaner, more professional finish. I also wish it had been mentioned upfront that the design in the picture might not be achievable, as I would have chosen something else. The experience was a bit disappointing, especially as I was looking forward to having my nails done nicely for an event.

   The service is good. I was very excited to have my nails done for refreshing myself. It was my first time as well. Overall was a good experience. However, even though I made a reservation in advance and sent the design in advance, it seemed that any other staffs don't know about my reservation. Also, the completeness of the nail art was a bit disappointing as the person in charge changed in the middle. But, it is cute though :) Except two things I mentioned above, all perfect!

   I have had an appointment on Saturday with them for my Mum’s nails. It was our first visit. Studio is clean, warm and welcoming making for a very relaxing and pleasant experience. So many colours to choose from. Very friendly staff. Great experience and highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

   Most amazing service and the staff are so lovely and attentive!! Went for a spa pedicure and they looked after me and my friend very well. The massage chairs were amazing and hygiene and cleanliness was top notch! Even without the 30% prices were still very good, would recommend over and over!
