   If i could give a 0 i honestly would, i went in for a waxing on my eyebrows and top lip and it was very painful to the point it made my eyes water. They never do that getting a wax and the lady was very aggressive and pulled a strip that covered the full top brow bottom and lip it wasnt in sections so was very painful. I will not be going back for my waxing again. Id also like to say i have broke out in little white pimples all over my top lip in between my eyebrows and over the top of them. I also looked at the wax pot and it looked quite dirty so after the wax It felt like very little treatment was used to keep them clean and create a barrier for dirt and grime. I never touched my brows nor my lip at all after and less than 48 hours later i have these spots that make me look hideous so thanks to the unsanitary environment and lack of hygiene please do not get your waxing here!!!!

   This shop was terrible!!!! I went in for a wax and the shop seemed to be quite busy. I was waiting for around ten minutes when the women took me to wax and tint my eyebrows. She waxed off half of my eyebrow and left the tint on for 15 minutes plus she used a dirty stick and wax and the shop was dirty!!!! Now my eyebrows are poisoned and infected because of the wax! The shop was very unhygenic and she rushed my eyebrows and was very rude and assured me it was okay when she was causing me pain! If you want to get anything done here don’t go it’s not worth your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   My friend went here to get lash extensions done, staff were extremely rude and no help. She asked for one set of lashes and they told her no and gave her a different kind. She has went home now and In extreme pain as her eyes are stinging and the glue has already built up on her lashes/eyes. I do not recommend here whatsoever, they need to be shut down before they seriously injure someone!!!

   Had a massage. Neck shoulder and neck … the massage felt like trial and error , i was starting to feel unsure of her competence, she seemed to focus more on the right side of my back and forget i had a left side also. Shes massaging the spine ( instead side of spine )i dont think she is qualified to do massage, poor hygiene . I think she can do more harm than good .

   DO NOT GO HERE, I got my nails done here a few weeks ago and every single one of my nails were crooked and different shapes. To top that off my nails weren’t dry which I explained to the women but she ignored me so all nails were smudged. I also went for a spray tan which is so patchy and also so so dark which has completely ruined my holiday. They were still happy to take my money after I complained
